Une sortie en famille gâchée par un manque cruel d'hygiène. Nous voulions aller à notre ancienne adresse de sushis sur la rue Churchill, mais l'endroit est devenu un resto de grillades turques. Le personnel nous a gentiment envoyés vers le Sushi Sama de Greenfield Park en nous disant que c'était le plus proche. Comme le restaurant coréen de la Place Portobello était fermé, nous avons suivi leur conseil. L'état du restaurant est repoussant : une odeur nauséabonde & des murs sales. Les toilettes étaient hors service, on ne nous a pas donné de baguettes & les sushis étaient mauvais. Allez plutôt à Brossard, car cette succursale-ci ne respecte aucun standard de propreté.
33$ pour rien! Ils y avait 5 sushis & ils n'ont aucun goût, comme de l'acide & de l'eau. Le poke baul était piquant alors que je voulais pas piquant. Bref juste une perte de temps.

Très longue attente & le pire dans tout ça, la madame propose une mayo épicée comme si ça venait avec la commande & charge 1.5$ pour la pire mayo épicée que j'ai jamais mangé…

J'ai commandé un plateau sushi de 78 morceaux. J'avais spécifié qu'il s'agissait d'un anniversaire s'il pouvait faire un plateau de qualité.
Nous avons reçu presque les mêmes morceaux, ceux qui ne valent absolument rien.
Il est indiqué qu'il est offert avec les plateaux des dragon eye & des sushis dessert. Nous avons quitté sans vérifier malheureusement ils n'étaient pas là.
De plus nous avions demandé un ramassage à 11:15 & mon conjoint a dû attendre plus de 20 minutes car ce n'était pas encore prêt.
Je suis vraiment très déçue.
Je commandais régulièrement de cette succursale il y a plusieurs années. Je vois que la qualité a beaucoup baissé.
We ordered 28 sushis, the lady asked us if I wanted spicy mayo, I said no but I want 3 soy sauces. I checked my order before leaving the restaurant & saw that she gave me 2 soy sauces & 1 spicy mayo, & the bill wasnt attached to the bag like it always is everywhere I go, so I asked for it & saw that she charged me 1 of each sauce. I told her I wanted 3 soy sauces & she changed my spicy mayo for a 3rd soy sauce & said it's ok its the same price. I asked her why she charged me all the sauces except 1, there's no way only 1 sauce comes with 28 sushis... she was acting like she wasnt understanding what I was saying & tried to give me a 4th sauce but I insisted & she ended up giving me my money back for one of the sauces from the tip jar. On top of that, sushis were not very good, other sushi sama stores taste better, don't try to fraud you & even give free sushis with all orders 15$+...
la caissière a été très désagréable , le prix en ligne n'a pas été le même lorsque nous sommes arriver en magasin pour payer , la dame nous a presque envoyer balader en disant que les prix dataient d'il y'a 11 ans & que maintenant ça avait changer… très décevant comme service depuis le restaurant est loin d'être accueillant , je rajouterais qu'elle nous parlait avec une agressivité que je trouve très déplacée , je ne recommande pas du tout !
I ordered a plate of sushi & there was avocado in it but the avocado were literally hard as a rock💔 they weren't even ready & I was upset bc I had wasted 20$ on my plate & waited 2 hours for them
I was disappointed, especially when comparing it to other poke places like Poke Monster or Poke Station, which offer much better portions, presentation, & variety of ingredients. I expected a fuller & better-presented bowl, but this felt plain & below the standard I usually see at similar poke restaurants.
For a sushi establishment I find it funny that they don't know how to cut the sushi pieces. They give you the smallest sliver of sushi & it falls apart when you try to pick it up. It's ridiculous that they cut down on the size & still charge $20+ dollars for this slop (photos attached). I should've read the reviews beforehand. Even though I got it delivered that
doesn't mean the quality should be horrible. Taste of the sushi was meh, there are better options out there, especially for this price.
