The ingredients are fresh & the service is quick, even though the restaurant is quite crowded. This is an ideal place to gather with friends on weekends.
My favorite thing here is the sushi rice. The Japanese rice is fragrant & sticky, the grains are firm but not mushy, & the sweet & sour vinegar is perfectly balanced. Many places make rice that's too strongly vinegary or too bland, but here it's incredibly balanced, highlighting the sweetness of the toppings. A truly refined culinary experience.
I was truly impressed with the quality of the seafood here. Each slice of salmon & tuna sashimi was thickly cut, with a rosy hue & incredibly fresh. When eaten, you could feel the rich, naturally sweet flavor without any fishy smell. The salmon fillet, in particular, practically melted in your mouth. Definitely worth the money!
This was my first time eating at Sushi Rosa, & I was quite surprised by how fresh the food was & how well it was seasoned. The portions were generous, & I was very satisfied after finishing my meal.
Fresh ingredients, quick service, & authentic flavors. The rolls are especially delicious, not greasy, & the dipping sauce is great. The staff are also very friendly & helpful.
The sushi was fresh, the rice was perfectly cooked, & the fish wasn't at all fishy. The presentation was beautiful; it looked so appetizing. The price was reasonable for the quality, definitely worth coming back for.

Les sushis sont excellents ! Ainsi que les makis, il y a beaucoup de choix & tout ce que nous avons essayé était délicieux 😍 Le service est incroyable le staff est très réactif & aux petits soins ! Ma copine & moi avons beaucoup apprécié l'attention au détail sur le plateau de sushi avec des décorations florales ! On y retournera avec grand plaisir !! Mercii
I never write reviews but I was blown away by sushi rosa. I order something online that they didn't have, not only did they replace it but added seaweed salad & extra sushi pieces. Amazing service & food (I find good sushi hard to come by in mtl)
