The sushi here is absolutely amazing! The ingredients are fresh, the fish is rich & melts in your mouth. The rice is cooked just right, not too mushy & not too dry. Each piece of sushi is a work of art, both in taste & texture.

Food quality is excellent, the place is nice & clean, & the service is friendly.
Basically, it is the best sushi place in the area!
The Tuna & Salmon Salad (no. 8) & the Delux Rainbow roll (no.31) are amazing.

This sushi restaurant is not only delicious but also has aesthetic taste in each dish. The menu is rich, the choices are very diverse. I am especially impressed with the tempura roll - crispy, can eat forever without getting bored. The eel sushi is soft & rich. It is worth recommending to friends!

The menu here is a true sushi lover's paradise! Not only does it have traditional sushi, but it also has many unique fusion dishes. I tried the eel sushi & tempura roll - both were excellent. Beautiful decoration, exquisite flavors. A perfect Japanese dining experience!

This sushi restaurant impressed me with its extremely rich menu - from traditional sushi to creative & unique dishes. Every dish is beautiful like a painting & very tasty. I especially like the eel sushi & tempura rolls, they are really top notch. I will definitely come back & bring more friends!

Sushi Rosa is such a fun & tasty spot! I loved the fact that they use a robot to bring the food to the table - such a cool & modern touch that makes the experience unique. The sushi itself was fresh, delicious, & beautifully presented. Great quality at a good price, & the staff were friendly & welcoming. Definitely one of my new go-to sushi places in Montreal!
