This was truly some of the best sushi I have ever had. Their menu is very diverse, there is something for everyone. On top of the amazing food the staff was lovely, very welcoming & caring. This is my new go to !

Sushi Rosa est tout simplement délicieux ! En plus de la qualité des plats, le service a été excellent du début à la fin. Très belle attention de leur part : ils nous ont offert une réduction sans même qu'on la demande, simplement parce que nous étions venus célébrer l'anniversaire de ma femme. Un geste vraiment apprécié. Merci pour cette belle expérience !

Super place pour manger avant un spectacle au Centre Bell ! Le service est rapide & très courtois. Mon amie & moi avons pris les dumplings & la soupe ramen, & tout était délicieux.

I was very impressed with the service at Sushi Rosa. The staff were gentle, attentive, & knowledgeable about different types of fish, providing excellent advice to customers. Even though the restaurant was quite crowded during peak hours, the food was served very quickly & beautifully presented. I will definitely be coming back many more times.

The sushi here is presented with exquisite detail, looking like a work of art on the plate.The chef's cuts are very precise, the ratio of fish to rice is perfect, & there isn't too much starch.
I was particularly impressed with the eel nigiri; the sauce was rich & the charcoal-grilled aroma was very distinctive.
The restaurant's ambiance is distinctly Japanese, creating a warm & elegant atmosphere.

The service & food were excellent, yet the prices were incredibly reasonable, suitable for all budgets. The staff were quick & attentive, always refilling tea & offering enthusiastic recommendations. A wonderful dining experience, I will definitely return soon to try more dishes.
