Chef Luu Danh, invites you to discover his new concept; a sushi counter paired with a Japanese grocery store. The Japanese grocery allows all customers to purchase ingredients, sauces, or tools to confect typical Japanese dishes at home. Whether basmati rice (sticky), a special flavor of tea, or even a sauce, they have a multitude of product to meet your needs.

Chef Luu Danh has over 20 years experience and talent of excellence in Japanese cuisine. He offers rewarding dining experience of flavor, combining sweet, salty, sour and bitter which provide an extraordinary taste.

As his witness, Chef Luu Danh prepares sushis for every taste. Crispy sushi, hot, sweet or simply spicy, all prepared with the purpose of making you discover a multitude of contrasting flavor.

Been here when they first opened a decade ago & have been back recently. As amazing as my first experience with quality fresh fish at a fair price. The rolls, nigiris & sashimis were all of high quality. The beef tataki was very good. The grilled squid was so damn tender. Cozy restaurant so bookings are highly recommended. Biggest shrimp tempuras I ever seen. Family friendly with lots of free parking.

Hamachi is most likely the best place I've ever eaten sushi at. It's always so fresh, a good ratio of rice to other ingredients & there are so many choices! Highly recommend it! Just order ahead of time if you're picking up

We came to this restaurant to celebrate my mother's & wife's birthday & we took the Omakase (Chef's choice & recommendation) experience & we were just blown away! The service is on point & all courses were extremely tasty & fresh. The omakase sashimi dish was super fresh, very well presented & included rare item like the long nose red cornetfish (aka yagara) from Hokkaido! The master sushi chef is very talented. Will be back soon! Thank you chef Luu!

Best. Sushi. Ever. Great experience, great atmosphere, King salmon & blue fin otoro sashimis were awesome! Definitely an experience to repeat. Chef is kind, passionate & close to his clients. Food is fresh & high quality!

Ordered the sushi combo in the dinner menu, the sushi was delicious & fresh. After choosing a seat in front of the counter, they brought me hot tea, bottle of water, & then a hot towel to clean the hands. Everything was enjoyable. Love the various fish tanks with happy fish swimming!

Best sushi place ever. This is the best sushi experiance you will get. Its not cheap. But its worth it. Everything is super fresh & made when you order... very small place to dine in but its mostly a take out place. The take out just does not stop... if you want some order early. Tx

I will simply let you salivate through the pictures of our sushi experience! Excellent service & freshness, & quality of food is amazing! We came for the lobster 🦞 sashimi experience, & will surely be back! Chef Danh really satisfied our palette that night & the pricing is extremely fair.

The tuna & salmon is so fresh & good! The maki are always good as usual! My little one loves Japanese food, thus is enjoying the food here a lot!

The waitresses are attentive, responsive & nice. Thank you for serving us.

We first visited during Covid time, then visiting regularly. I am happy to see that many customers filled the whole restaurant during lunch time today.

We will definitely visit again soon with my parents when they come visit us. Hope by then, the choices of lunch is still available.
