Tout est au rendez-vous dans ce restaurant à volonté! Pour un restaurant à volonté, on est servi directement à sa table. Des plats délicieux, un service discret, rapide & agréable & un beau moment passé avec des amis. De plus, un excellent rapport qualité-prix.
J'ai aimé le pas thai, la brochette de viande, d'autres choses & la glace à la mangue.
Je reviendrai au Ginko Japanese Sushi & je vais en parler autour de moi.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Ginko, & it was nothing short of perfection. From the moment I walked in, the ambiance was warm & inviting, setting the stage for an unforgettable meal.
The sushi selection was incredible-fresh, beautifully presented, & absolutely delicious. Every piece was crafted with precision, from the perfectly seasoned rice to the melt-in-your-mouth fish. The variety was impressive, offering everything from classic nigiri & sashimi to creative specialty rolls bursting with flavor.
Beyond the sushi, the buffet also featured a great selection of appetizers, hot dishes, & desserts, all of which were equally outstanding. The staff was attentive, friendly, & ensured that everything was replenished quickly.
I feel like the prices are affordable but I also feel like the pieces are pretty small which is why the sushi is cheaper in my opinion. For example, some sushi were with avocado slices compared to other restaurants that use different fishes & the imitation crab stick was sliced in half & counted as 2 pieces of sushi. The quality of the ingredients however was pretty satisfying & the rice was also greatly prepared. The soya sauce was a bit bland for me so I didn't particularly enjoy it that much. I do really like the simple yet pretty presentation. Even though it was a delivery order, the food arrived neatly which was surprising to me but I do appreciate it a lot.
Nous y avons dîné en couple un vendredi. Nous avons bien apprécié la formule sushi à volonté. Les Dragon Eyes, qui sont mes makis préférés sont excellente. On peut commander de notre table directement sur notre téléphone mobile, donc n'oubliez pas d'amener votre appareil chargé. Le prix est raisonnable pour la qualité de l'expérience. Ce serait bien d'ajouter la sauce soya & la mayonnaise épicée dans les sauces disponibles dans le menu numérique.

Simply amazing food & ambience. Service impeccable & fast. I really recommend it to anyone who wants to enjoy great sushi at affordable price in the south shore
Best sushi in town. Used to prefer Taiyo but with my restricted diet, I don't enjoy most of the broader selection available there; I definitely prefer the ambiance at Ginko, as well as their lamb skewers. Fish is incredibly fresh, the texture of the octopus sashimi feels way fresher too. Salmon sashimi cuts are fairly generous too, compared to other AYCE in the area. All in all, I highly recommend this place for jt's impeccable service; the owner himself roams the floor & asks numerous times if the food is to our liking, with an infectious smile & such a happy-go-lucky attitude! Their French isn't so great, which might irk some, but they're trying their best & honestly, I kinda like it- we always end up with a little joke & a few laughs. If you haven't tried this place yet, if you're hesitating because of the slightly shady location, you're missing out on one of the best spots. It's sushi ginza tier food, with a room you can actually eat in, with a great atmosphere- they always separate families with Young kids & the calmer clientele in opposing sides of the restaurant, & there's a covered terrasse when the weather is nice enough. One of my favorite places in town. 10/10 on all fronts!
De tous les sushis que j'ai visité celui-là reste le meilleur. Le rapport qualité prix est parfait. Le service est impeccable. Les serveurs sont au petit soins, très aimables & très serviable. Le glace à la mangue est très très bon, mais c'est pas le goût de la mangue. & je vous conseille de goûter le Bubble Tea. La proportion ris poisson est très équilibré contrairement à d'autre sushi ou ils mettent beaucoup de ris pour vous remplir l'estomac plus vite. Un grand merci pour cette expérience & je la recommande très fortement. Le cadre du restaurant se prête autant à un souper entre amis qu'à un souper en amoureux.
Out of all the buffets I've been to, this is by far the best one. This is the highest quality service I've had the pleasure of experiencing, waiters will bring extra napkins, refill your drinks, ask if everything is good, it is the full entendre of what a dining experience should be. The food is great & one of the first times a system of ordering from your phone works. It's simple, its efficient & its deliciously tasty. Quality sushi, quality meats, delicious sides & great drinks I think this is one of the best buffets on the south shore. I think if you come here with an empty stomach, you'll be full until tommorow. Prices are good for the price, though I suggest coming during the lunch time as the price is cheaper (around 29 dollars per person). Owner is very nice aswell( ◜‿◝ )♡
Le goût des sushis est bon & tout est frais. Mais tous les sushis baignent dans la sauce... Les flambés saumon, les nigiris tartare...c'etait JUSTE de la mayonnaise ça levait le coeur, on goutait même pu le poisson. Pour les rouleaux makis c'était bon.
Pour midi il manque un peu plus de variété comme de sushi tropical ou sucré, ainsi que le saumon fumé, mais en général très bon goût & très bon service. Le thé vert pamplemousse & le lait de coco & mangue sont délicieux.
Très agréable découverte pour ce restaurant de type sushis (& autres) à volonté. Les menus jour & soir sont légèrement différents & proposent chacun des mets & sushis frais & bien apprêtés. Le prix est concurrentiel toutefois, on apprécie vraiment les bubble tea au choix, inclus dans le prix du repas! Personnel accueillant & souriant. Service rapide. Assiettes bien présentées. La terrasse couverte est disponible lorsque la température le permet. Stationnement disponible gratuitement. À 2 pas de la Place Longueuil & du pont Jacques Cartier.
Amazing AYCE sushi place. The staff is very friendly. The manager Alan is a gem, always greeting you with a big smile. Fish tastes fresh, presentation is nice & nice big cuts of fish instead of filling you with rice. Bubble tea is included which is a nice touch ! Would recommend 👌
Best AYCE I've ever been to! Very friendly & courteous staff. The sushi was excellent but don't skip on their other hot dishes, their cook is fantastic!
