"VERY DISAPPOINTED. I would have given the rating a 1 star, but it would not be visible to viewers. I made a reservation for 1:30 but by 1:40 the facility was only accepting people from the 1:00 PM group. People were required to stand inside of a crammed reception area trying to make their way to talk with someone to find how entrance was organized,..."
