I am a big fan of STB. Their Biryani is so delicious. Today when I placed an order, I found it bit dry. So I called them just to let them know. But they gave me two more extra biryani with two drinks free of charge 12 at night in a stormy night. Excellent customer service. Which was beyond my exceptions. Largely a hit or a miss- I've been here multiple times & sometimes it is really really good, & other times it does not deliver as good.
