The ambiance was great. Festive, ornate, clean. Service a tad slow as there was several celebrations that evening it seems. The food some delicious, some miss. I ordered a steak, i can sincerely say that I had better. The Sterling experience was however pleasant enough for me to want give it another try.Voir plus

We recently celebrated my mom's birthday at this restaurant & it was an absolutely fantastic experience from start to finish! The ambiance was elegant yet cozy, making it the perfect spot for a special occasion. The staff went above & beyond to make our night memorable, providing impeccable service & making sure every detail was taken care of. The steaks were simply outstanding-cooked to perfection, juicy, & full of flavor. We tried the ribeye & filet mignon, both of which were melt-in-your-mouth delicious. The sides were equally impressive; the creamy mashed potatoes & the sautéed asparagus were the perfect complements to our meals. & the dessert was the cherry on top-their signature cheesecake was the best we've ever had! The attention to detail, from the quality of the food to the personalized service, truly made this a night to remember. We had a great time tonight, served by the lovely Sophia. She was so nice & came to check up on us several times to make sure we had everything. Once you are seated, they quickly bring out warm breads which were delicious : cripsy on the outside & fluffy inside. For starters, we had the clam chowder, the oysters, the seafood platter & the escargot. Everything was good & tasted great.
