A colleague told me about Stem Bar & said it was good, that is a total understatement. I truly loved everything about this place. Our server was outstanding & the food, whoa! The Crudo de petoncles was heavenly. The only reason for the 4 stars on food is the burrata dish, which was my least favourite, although still good. If you have not been yet, GO! No reservations required!
Comida excelente! Ambiente descolado, porém bem barulhento. Esperemos de pé mais de uma hora, mas valeu a pena! Peça diversos pratos para compartilhar com a mesa toda, para experimentar de tudo.
Really great experience. Food was really good & the small portions allowed us to taster multiple things. No reservations so I recommend arriving a bit earlier!

Très belle soirée au Stem bar. Nourriture excellent (burrata & pancake, juste délicieux & original, choux de bruxelles incroyable & tartare de boeuf délectable). Nous avons aussi aimé la salade de fenouil & la tarte au citron. Les portions sont généreuse ce que j'apprécie beaucoup, car le vin est plus dispendieux. Ambiance bonne, mais assez bruyante! :)

One of the best restaurants that I have discovered in Montreal this year. The food is insane. The taste palates are unique & well balanced. The drinks, especially the martini, are perfect. The wine selection is extensive & well chosen. Must try.
Un de nos endroits coup de coeur. Les plats sont toujours supers, les vins aussi, & superbe ambiance autant à l'intérieur que sur la terrasse l'été. Cependant un petit sourire dans le visage des serveuses pourrait ajouter un côté agréable au service, j'y suis allée à plusieurs reprises & malheureusement le sourire ne semble pas faire partie de la tâche. C'est dommage!
