Malheureusement la serveuse ne parlait pas un mot français, & n'essayait même pas. Je trouve ca dommage! La nourriture était super bonne mais les portions trop petites, je suis restée sur ma faim.
From Vancouver - would come back probably 9/10 visits for the cavatelli & natural barolo paired. Chris did an excellent serving - really impressed overall.

Service was great & super kind/helpful. Food was good, I liked the brusse sprouts & fish was pretty good but wasn't too much of a fan of the burrata tbh. Very nice ambience though & I enjoyed my visit
Came as a group of 10. The first comment by the staff was'you should go across the street to the pub'. We stayed non the less.
Eventually we occupied two big tables. The waiter asked us to stay seated in our places because of the ordering of the dishes. He mentioned that we would not be able to order food past 2145. At 2300 they brought the bill & started to pick up the chairs.
It was my third time there, & in spite of the food being great, I will not be back because of the lack of patience & flexibility from some of the staff.
Service was excellent. Nice music, good vibes. The place is very well decorated. The burrata + pancakes was incredibly good, the beef tartare was delicious, & for the me the cavatelli con ragu was new & pleased to try it.. to finish with chocolate mousse it was the right choice.
Stem Bar has a beautiful ambiance, great decor, & a really nice vibe. The cocktails & wine list were solid. I love September Cafe, so I was really hoping to love Stem Bar just as much. Unfortunately, the food was extremely salty across the board, which made the meal hard to enjoy. It's unfortunate because I had high expectations, but based on this experience, I wouldn't recommend it.
Très bonne carte d'alcool & les plats sont raffinés. Par contre, la limite de temps imposée aux tables & se faire demander de partir alors que nous étions en train de consommer, très mauvais, alors que le service avait été correct jusque là. Dans un établissement qui se veut haut de gamme, c'est pas acceptable. Dommage, c'est un bel endroit, mais ça a complètement gâché l'expérience.
