Underwhelming. I understand if you don't know how to cook a piece of meat, but when you do, it's not that good. The filet mignon was dry & not that tender. The green beans were really good, the French onion soup was delicious. The ceasar salad wasn't good & they used store bought croutons. The french fries were not crunchy, but limp & more on the soggy side. We'll go to a different place next time

Très bon! Le désert aussi Tiramisu.. Yumi! Juste il pourrait avoir plus de légumes mélanger, pas juste les haricots. Anyway delicious 👍😊

Our kids love a good steak frites & had to come. We brought our own wine. Our server was friendly & attentive. We ordered the CHATEAUBRIAND for 2 & our steak came out too well done. They were so kind to make us the whole meal again. Otherwise everyone's steak was done medium perfectly. Our parents shared the salmon with fries, which was also delicious. Desserts were generous portions. We would totally come back again.

Tip: pick up wines at Avril Marche nearby. From 4-7pm wines are 50% off.

You'd get a better experience when you have a late afternoon meal there instead of a lunch or dinner. To my surprise, their walleye fillet was way better than their steaks.

Délicieux steak service impeccable ..ma seule plainte pas une question d' argent ..mais le pain devrait être offert gratuitement. Alors quand j'ai une vue autre table à recevoir j'ai demandé a la serveuse elle m'a dit ya des frais,Mais il était déjà trop tard mon plat arrive entre temps .

We had a nice time on Father's Day at Steak Frites. My dad & I split the steak for two. Dad liked the endless fries as they were really good. The steak was cooked just the way we like it. Our waiter, Mark, attended to our every need. Mark even gave us suggestions on what to do while in Montreal as this was our first time in the city.
Will return for a nice steak the next time we visit Canada.

The food was delicious! Yummy escargot, then steak frites. I agree with the other reviewer regarding the steak knives as it took a lot of cutting to get my steak into bite size pieces.
I didn't know about bringing your own wine sadly, but if you know it's great!
The apple pie dessert was delicious too, the caramel sauce surrounded the pie & the crust was flavorful.
