Station B is a not to be missed dining experience if you are staying in Val David or nearby. We stayed 4 nights in Val David on a recent ski trip to Les Laurentides between Christmas & New Years & dined at Station B two times for dinner. Even though Station B is described as a tapas restaurant, the offerings are not simply starters by any means. Each offering has the complete flavors & ingredients associated with a'full plate'. We felt the need to eat slowly & savor each unique, delicious & thoughtfully paired ingredient. The owner was not only the host but also the waiter, bartender & busser. We imagine staffing might have been an issue over the holidays. But, it was clear the owner & kitchen staff are dedicated to providing every diner with a tasty, unforgettable food & beverage experience.

The food is good but the portion sizes are tiny for what you are paying. We ordered 2 tapas each they recommend 3 for normal appetite & we were all still very hungry so we opted to go get burgers elsewhere to forgo a crazy tab. we felt that we would have needed at least 2 more tapas each to feel satiated & couldn't justify it given the cost & small portions

There were no flaws in any of the seven tapas dishes we enjoyed. Definitely looking forward to our next visit. Nicely balanced seasoning & complimentary sauces in each dish. Great service. Authentic home made condiments like a spicy kimchi. UPDATE: Another visit, another excellent experience. Great creativity & home made elements.

Bon service. Belle carte. Menu diversifié accessible mais recherché & fin. Belles compositions & beaux assemblages. Clairement un savoir faire & une passion en cuisine. Petit bémol. Les prix/portions. Je sais ce que sont des tapas. J en mange régulièrement dans une variété d'établissements. Je ne sais pas si c'est une réalité différente à val David & qu'il y a certains impondérables qui expliquent ces prix. Mais 19$ pour 3 crevettes.. (très bien apprêtées avec une multitude de saveurs). Bref. C'était un peu surprenant à ce niveau. Les légumes sautés.. 16$ pour 4 petits morceaux de légumes (tranche de carotte/un mini fleuron de choux fleur & une micro slice de courgette..).
