We stayed 4 nights in Val David on a recent ski trip to Les Laurentides between Christmas & New Years & dined at Station B two times for dinner. Even though Station B is described as a tapas restaurant, the offerings are not simply starters by any means. Each offering has the complete flavors & ingredients associated with a'full plate'. We felt the need to eat slowly & savor each unique, delicious & thoughtfully paired ingredient. The owner was not only the host but also the waiter, bartender & busser. We imagine staffing might have been an issue over the holidays. But, it was clear the owner & kitchen staff are dedicated to providing every diner with a tasty, unforgettable food & beverage experience.

Nourriture délicieuse, recherchée & raffinée, le vin proposé était délectable, le tout avec un service irréprochable. La musique était aussi très bonne. Vraiment WOW! On y retourne sans faute!
Je conseille fortement ce restaurant. Première & pas la dernière fois. Le menu au complet est tentant. Très belle expérience culinaire.

Super belle endroit, chaque plats étais incroyable, un service bon & rapide! Chaque plats sont créé avec soin. Vous avez la possibilité de voir les cuisiniers travailler de tous coeur! Amareto sour super bon aussi pas trop fort

Selon moi un des meilleur resto du nord. Ca fait qql fois que jy vais & tjs aussi bon & tjs un excellent service.
The food is good but the portion sizes are tiny for what you are paying. We ordered 2 tapas each they recommend 3 for normal appetite & we were all still very hungry so we opted to go get burgers elsewhere to forgo a crazy tab. we felt that we would have needed at least 2 more tapas each to feel satiated & couldn't justify it given the cost & small portions
Nous remercions le personnel pour une délicate attention lors d'un excellent repas mercredi le 23/07/25. Tout était délicieux. Le groupe de 8 personnes ont adoré tous les différents tapas. Un mélange exquis.
Ça vaut le détour à 100%! Assurez-vous d'appeler le jour même pour prendre une réservation. Le service est superbe, l'ambiance aussi (surtout sur le terrasse extérieur!), mais l'attrait principale, le menu est complètement délicieux!!! Tous les plats, plus exceptionnel les uns que les autres!
There were no flaws in any of the seven tapas dishes we enjoyed. Definitely looking forward to our next visit. Nicely balanced seasoning & complimentary sauces in each dish. Great service. Authentic home made condiments like a spicy kimchi. UPDATE: Another visit, another excellent experience. Great creativity & home made elements.

Everything is perfect , food are delicious, staff very nice & friendly. Atmosphere in the restaurant are very cool
