I came today (feb 14th) & jasmin & the guy working with her were just wonderful! I think this was one of the bets services i had coming to starbs. They were extremely nice & the coffee was actually SO SO good that i had to write a review 🤍
I won't say anything new about Starbucks - we all know it. But the team working at this particular branch is genuinely lovely, & that's the reason I keep coming back. Because beyond the coffee, I know I'll get a warm smile in return - & that means a lot 🤍

It was 11 a.m., & went to grab a coffee, dark roast. There was none ready, & the counter server basically didn't feel like making any. It's a coffee place. Coffee should always be ready for the customers. I'm not going back there.
I've been going every weekday for years...coffee was great! But for the last few weeks, the coffee's cold when I get it. I brought it up & they said it was the milk I put in it. Maybe, but why is it nice & piping hot at other StarBucks? Too exoensive for cold coffee. Sorry!
GREAT STAFF ! have been to this Starbucks location on a regular basis & the staff has always been friendly & very attentive. It is generally clean & there is enough space to be able to work or just sit & enjoy your coffee.
You have to keep in mind that it is close to an area of high schools & universities, so it can be a bit crowded at times

I usually order online because I work on Côte-des-Neiges & twice in the past month they gave me the wrong coffee I always buy the venti shaken espresso with cold foam because it's less sugar but instead I get creme brulee coffee & I control my sugar intake so it's way too much sugar & way too sweet so I pay 11$ to throw it in the trash...Uber won't reimburse & Starbucks says come in & change it...if I order online it's because I can't go out at the office...so I will sadly stop ordering
Good service, I love coffee but not regular with their coffee, some miss understanding with the orders, I like it hot but got it cold, the crew changed my order to what I desire.

Stayed for two hours & it was full the whole time. Too noisy & I do not see the tables being cleaned. Not a relaxing spot to enjoy your coffee unfortunately.
Another coffee shop where you could each have the coffee of your choice for $5 - $15/cup. What I appreciated, though, is when I thought to order a sandwich from one of the folks who worked there & when I asked what it came with, he told me & when I further inquired about a spicy Moya add-on, he clarified that the sandwiches were pre-made & delivered to the store. Speaking out loud to the walls I muttered, disappointed, that the last time I had purchased a ready-made sandwich was many years ago on a plane. The gentleman kind of acknowledged that these might be similar & I changed my order to a heated cinnamon square which was met with a confident nod. Thanks for your discretion, kind sir...you saved me from airport food - both the black coffee & the dessert were wonderful.
The overall experience could be improved. I found the service to be a bit slow, especially for a place that primarily serves coffee. It seems they might benefit from having more baristas to expedite orders & provide a better experience for customers.
