Je me suis rendu(e) dans cette succursale vers 20 h le 3 avril 2026 pour acheter un café. Comme d'habitude, lorsque je vais dans d'autres succursales de Starbucks, j'avais mon chien dans les bras avec moi & j'ai précisé dès le début que je voulais seulement commander rapidement, que je ne comptais pas rester sur place, & que mon chien était dans mes bras uniquement le temps de passer la commande avant de repartir immédiatement. Selon le règlement de Starbucks, il est permis d'entrer avec un chien dans les bras uniquement pour passer une commande rapide.
Cependant, le vendeur m'a dit que je ne pouvais pas entrer avec mon chien. Il a affirmé qu'un panneau était affiché sur la porte d'entrée indiquant que les chiens sont strictement interdits. J'ai essayé d'expliquer calmement que, dans les autres succursales, cette pratique est acceptée, mais il ne m'a pas laissé parler & a continué à insister que c'est interdit dans toutes les succursales, même si certains endroits ne respectent pas cette règle.
J'ai donc sorti mon chien, puis j'ai vérifié la porte d'entrée & je n'ai vu aucun panneau indiquant l'interdiction des chiens. Je suis retourné(e) à l'intérieur & je lui ai demandé de me montrer ce panneau. Il a alors vérifié lui-même la porte & a répondu que le panneau était là auparavant, mais qu'il avait probablement été enlevé. À la fin, elle ne me laissait même pas parler & continuait simplement à répéter ses propres paroles.
I came today (feb 14th) & jasmin & the guy working with her were just wonderful! I think this was one of the bets services i had coming to starbs. They were extremely nice & the coffee was actually SO SO good that i had to write a review 🤍
I mean my drink was good but I had to wait like 10 minutes for them to make it & I came in at like 10:30am & there wasn't a big lineup at the store. Not the employees fault cause there were just two of them but they should definitely schedule more employees so they can work more efficiently
I won't say anything new about Starbucks - we all know it. But the team working at this particular branch is genuinely lovely, & that's the reason I keep coming back. Because beyond the coffee, I know I'll get a warm smile in return - & that means a lot 🤍

Service rapide, petite terrasse pour boire un verre à l'ombre. Parfois beaucoup de monde à l'intérieur, ne prévoyez pas de rester assis à l'intérieur, il y aura sûrement pas de place
Non trop mignon j'ai pris un chai latte à la cerise & je suis tellement maladroite que je l'ai fait tombé sur ma table en ouvrant le lid pour mettre ma Paille. Bref je me sentais trop mal donc j'ai pris des serviettes pour nettoyer & l'employé m'a vu, il a tout nettoyé pour moi & m'a offert un autre chai. Merci Emerick c'était trop gentil de ta part !! 😭

It was 11 a.m., & went to grab a coffee, dark roast. There was none ready, & the counter server basically didn't feel like making any. It's a coffee place. Coffee should always be ready for the customers. I'm not going back there.
I've been going every weekday for years...coffee was great! But for the last few weeks, the coffee's cold when I get it. I brought it up & they said it was the milk I put in it. Maybe, but why is it nice & piping hot at other StarBucks? Too exoensive for cold coffee. Sorry!
