La proximité et le cadre agréable rassurent certains clients, mais des incidents ponctuels ou des règles locales, comme l'interdiction de s'asseoir sur la terrasse lorsque le lieu n'est pas pet friendly, peuvent créer de la déception. Tonight we went to Starbucks to grab a drink, & my friend wanted to use the birthday offer. But the cashier completely ruined the vibe with her attitude, acting like we were trying to scam them. She eventually gave my friend the drink after checking her ID, her last date of purchase,etc..!!! but her behavior was so disrespectful. Honestly, I expected way better from Starbucks! never happened to have any problem until tonight.
Usually I go here 4-5 times weekly & order by mobile. Service always good & fast. However, the girl who worked today at reception was really rude to me. She basically treated me like a homeless like warn me they don't give full cup cuz I ordered less ice, like I never afforded to pay for Starbucks. Thank you girl. I will never come back after using all my balance.
The staff were extremely helpful & friendly! I wasn't sure if I could use a reward & the cashier was able to help me quickly Keep in mind I went at an off peak time

I ordered something a few days ago & got told the item has been sold out once I got to the store. That's fine. I asked for a refund, they messed up the amount the first time, but that got fixed. I was gonna leave with the receipt, but turns out it was just for them to keep. The barista was kind & professional, as always. However, today I realized that the refunded amount never appeared on the Starbucks card nor my credit card linked to my APP. It doesn't show up on my history & it doesn't add up either. An annoying experience. Idk how that happened, but the way refunds work needs a revamp. No clarity & I don't get to keep a receipt. I also wish the APP would stop baiting me with items that are already sold out, instead of making me make a trip to get a "refund" in person.
It's a great Starbucks location. The people are always nice & make drinks up to Starbucks standards. The food is always warm & they rarely have out of stock items. The place is often packed & has a wait but overall, nothing bad to say here.
15-20 minutes behind estimates for mobile app at 2:15 pm on a Saturday. Ordered at 1:50 estimate was 2:03. No seating or bathroom. Busy location. Would go to other location if you can just because how busy it is.

While on my trip to Montreal, I’ve been coming to Starbucks for breakfast every morning. It’s very busy in the mornings so I recommend ordering ahead using the app. The staff are kind & helpful & I love the location of this store.
Super belle accueil avec les employés qui te disent tous « Bonjour! ». Je suis allergique au produit laitier & on a été très consciencieux. Le nouveau « Expresso aux pommes 🍎 » est vraiment délicieux! Expresso avec une touche de pommes sucrée �
