I came here to buy my Québec "Been There Series" mug & they had a great collection of mugs & water bottles (cold & hot). The staff were friendly & helpful & I was able to place my order, get my mug & be out of the store efficiently. The store is clean & well-maintained. The tables in the patio is a huge plus, since you can enjoy the beautiful view of Mont Royal while drinking your beverage or working.
Ce Starbucks est très petit mais magnifique. Le service client est impeccable, l'employée était très gentille, amicale, souriante & dynamique. J'ai pris un café onctueux 👌🏻 ils restent ouverts jusqu'à 22 h 😃 ils ont en été une installation tranquille dehors sur la rue de Mont Royal ! Vous pouvez également utiliser leur application sans problème.
Baristas are great, but the music makes me want to kill myself. It used to be good but now it's the Christmas jingles they play in the elevator to hell.

Endroit sympa mais très peu spacieux! J'ai du attendre une bonne quinzaine de minute pour qu'une place se libere!..par contre bon debit de wifi!! J'ai réussi à travailler sans soucis!
Starbucks is always such a disappointment for me. I do not drink coffee so I do not often go to one, but when a friend wants a coffee I sometimes join them for a hot chocolate. The hot chocolate was fine, definitely not worth the price, but it was ok. I did ask for a mug as I was drinking it there, but they do not have that option, so you must use a throw away cup. They also do not encourage their patrons to bring their own mugs to avoid the waste. As a leader in the industry Starbucks could do a lot of good, but instead they do nothing, thus I prefer to go to local shops that care about the community & planet.
Corner of Resther /Mont Royal. Fantastic crew all the time - work well together! Can handle a 'rush' like no group I've ever seen - & with a genuine smile & friendly chat to boot ;) Great coffees to choose from, very cozy café ;)
