I am extremely disappointed with the hygiene standards of this establishment. I placed an order through Uber, & although the outer bag was sealed, the contents inside were unacceptable. The cups & their covers were visibly dirty, which raises serious concerns about basic cleanliness & food safety practices.

This is not a minor oversight-this is a fundamental failure. If items that come into direct contact with food & drinks are not clean, it calls into question the entire operation behind the scenes.

I strongly urge management to take immediate corrective action. Until then, I would not recommend ordering from this place.

I placed a DoorDash order on Saturday February 14th at 11:18AM. My dasher got to the store like 5 minutes later. You refused to touch my order for 40 minutes saying that you were serving customer who are in store first. So you're telling me that i'm not a customer too? You're making this dasher who literally makes like $3.50 from this run wait almost an hour. You couldn't make ONE matcha latte this whole time? He asked three times & you told him you wouldn't touch a mobile order while there are customers in the store. Maybe if you cant handle mobile orders, turn them off for a certain time of day? You guys need to better manage your rush hour if this is what you're doing.

I ended up cancelling my order at like 12:05 because I didn't want this poor man to stand there not making any money because your employees were refusing to make my beverage.

Truly appalling. Never ordering again.

Depuis quelques mois je prends mon double expresso ici. Je dois dire que l'endroit est exceptionnel. Je fréquente les Starbucks & celui-ci est hors normes.
L'atmosphère des équipes est si chaleureux que ça déteint dans le café.
C'est un arrêt' obligé' pour se faire plaisir.
