La qualité de leurs boissons sont toujours les mêmes - bonnes. Service peu courtois par contre avec des employés qui préfèrent parler entre eux que servir rapidement les clients. L'atmosphère générale est donc basique, avec une décoration très modeste comparativement aux autres établissements

Jai commander la nouvelle boisson macchiatto ube & noix grillé. Jai ouvert la boisson. Rien de noix griller & le ube mits comme un tas de mousse. J'ai demandé a la fille si elle avait mits des noix & bêtement a répondu oui. Vraiment déçue.

Le Staff est gentil. La bouffe comme ailleurs & pareil pour les boissons. Mais la décoration est tellement laide & vieille c'est dépassé. C'est décevant de voir qu'il y en a des Starbucks qui sont rénovés & beaux & ceux de Laval sont affreux & dépassés.

Commander 2 latté glacé pistache goût différent , ensuite commande un thé matcha glace boisson à l'avoine & crème à la lavande ok ! Pis un refresher açaï à la limonade ok! Rajouter de la mousse froide au pistache sur les 2 latté pis avoir absolument presque rien ....
