Je passe ds ce Starbucks sur la 440 Ouest au moins 2 fois semaines. À part de rares fois j'ai toujours été satisfaite du service. Mais ce samedi 21 Décembre 2024 j'ai été déçue. Vers 15h j'ai commandé 2 chai latte aix pains d'épices sans eau. Erreur le gars avec sa tuque l'a fait avec de l'eau. Je l'avise il dit qu'il va le refaire, je donne dos pour parler au téléphone il me redonne la même boisson ou s'il la refait il a diminué les pompes de chaï. C'était dégeulasse. Il a fallu que je paie du syrop de chaï en extra afin de l'ajouter à mes 2 boissons.

Le service est variable à cette succursale, une fois sur deux ça prend 15 à 20 minutes recevoir mon breuvage ...que ce soit à l'intérieur ou au service au volant. Ils devraient mettre plus de staff en service aux heures de pointe. Parfois le service est excellent & rapide. Marie-Josée, Camille & le gars qui porte toujours une tuque sont super bons.

There is a lady at the drive-through who is always so warm & simply amazing!! She's always smiling & saying "Bonne journée ma chérie!" & it just brightens up my morning. This woman needs a promotion like NOW. 15/10

Always crowded no matter what time you come at. Best to order by the app to avoid waiting long. I wish the tables would be cleaned more often but otherwise than that everything is okay.

I don't understand how, with the addition of mobile orders, & this atlas a business decision by Starbucks itself, management does not seem to have enough hands on deck to support in store orders as drive-through & mobile orders are prioritized. Product may be good, but business decisions like this create a lack of proper customer service. Kind of sad for a company of that calibre!

The atmosphere of this location is always super clean & cozy, the staff is very kind & welcoming & though the coffee is slightly over priced it's often very tasty. The only reason I'm knocking off a star is due to the fact the location lacks consistency, over all, recommend Starbucks as a place to sit down with a friend & enjoy tasty drink & treats.
