J'ai toujours du bon service & le personnel est très courtois. Malheureusement cela fait 2x que j'y vais pour un breuvage que j'ai l'habitude de prendre & qu'il n'est pas bon. Normalement j'y retourne pour demander un remplacement, mais j'etait déjà trop loin..

Love starbucks but the deslon location not so much, for three weeks now they have no cold brew even when a new flavor has just been introduced & wait times are ridiculous, drive thru is on average 10- 15 minutes... I now drive an extra 10 km to go to the laprairie location just because I know I will get what I order.
I came in today to enjoy a latte & have a nice talk with my family & turned out this specific starbucks no longer have tables inside, just a fancy bench. So it means this starbucks is no longer for me, im not coming back
