I grew up on Long Island, NY, & I had to see what all the hype was about St-Viateur Bagel. It was deserved; these are great bagels! While they are not exactly what I was used to, they are amazing, & you won't be disappointed!Voir plus
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Must-Visit Bagel Shop in Montreal! If you're in Montreal, you must visit this incredible bagel shop. They bake fresh bagels from scratch, & the entire process happens right in front of your eyes! Watching the dough being prepared, rolled, boiled, & baked is such a unique experience. The bagels are delicious - crispy on the outside & soft on the inside, with that perfect chew. The prices are also very reasonable, making it a great spot whether you're grabbing a quick bite or buying a dozen to take home. Don't miss out on this authentic Montreal experience!Voir plus
une boutique à ne pas confondre avec le restaurant qui est situé au plateauVoir plus
The famous Montreal bagels. They are pretty good & tastes very fresh & authentic. But won't call it the best bagel I ever had. But if you are visiting the town you must keep the hype going.Voir plus
Tried BAGEL 🥯 for the first time & it is awesome... Must try Coconut, Onion, Everything bagel... Also guacamole 🥑 hot is the best they offer... Must Visit😍Voir plus
The bagel was so yummy🥯 & the staff were very kind. It was a montreal bagel.Voir plus
Fast & friendly service. Freshly baked sesame bagels came right out of the oven when we got there ordered a dozen of those & 1/2 dozen mixed. Many different bagels to choose fromVoir plus
I had to try a Montréal bagel before I left! I got cinnamon raisin.Voir plus
Get the fresh out of oven bagel, others get hard fastVoir plus
We looked for the best bagel 🥯 in Montreal & this popped out. The sasame one was the best. They provide one-time use cutlery & cream cheese to buy & eat with the bagels.Voir plus
I found St. Viateur's bagels to be overrated. The hot & fresh poppy seed was not bad, & the cold sesame had a good flavor, but in general the cold bagels were hard & void of much flavor. I made this a central place to visit during my time in the city, & I definitely wouldn't next time. I don't know if I came on an off day, or if this style just falls far short of the NYC style. A reminder that it's cash only, & take-out only. My favorite aspect of the bakery is the quaint atmosphere, & you're not really able to enjoy it because of the nature of the line & it being take-out only.Voir plus
The oldest & also the most famous montreal's bagel shop... & its just perfect. Fresh, just baked, bagels at every hour of the day. From the classics (1,25 $ each) to more elaborated (1,40 $ each). Its out from the main turist location (you will need a car) but its a must stop if you pass in Montreal. You will find also cheese, cream to spread, drinks & souvenirs inside. No place to eat on site.Voir plus
Excellent bagels. I had a salmon on a blueberry bagel who'd of thought that combination could be so good!Voir plus
