When we looked online they showed pictures it looked nice so when we got there the atmosphere wasn't inviting, creepy & the chicken was not the best but the fries were bad it's not worth 50$

Ce restaurant est devenu immonde & dégage une odeur insupportable. J'y ai commandé à deux reprises auprès du même serveur, & les deux fois il sentait extrêmement mauvais.

En plus de cela, je considère qu'ils sont malhonnêtes. Lors de ma première visite, j'ai payé en espèces & on m'a rendu une fausse pièce qui ressemblait à une pièce d'un dollar, mais qui n'était en réalité qu'un morceau de métal.

Lors de ma deuxième visite, j'ai également payé en espèces. On m'a fait payer le montant avec les taxes, mais aucun reçu ne m'a été remis. Cela donne l'impression qu'ils encaissent la taxe sans la déclarer.

Autrefois, ce restaurant était excellent, mais aujourd'hui il est devenu sale & très décevant. Je recommande aux autorités de vérifier si les taxes perçues sont bien déclarées & si les reçus sont remis aux clients.

Je ne recommande pas cet établissemen

Le pire souvlaki pita de notre vie: froid, avec de la moutarde, des tomates pas fraîches & mal coupées avec le trognon, pas de salade, pas d'oignons. Pour 30$ à deux pour des petits sandwichs, plus le tip, je trouve ça scandaleux.

I've been a customer here for years, which makes this review particularly disappointing to write.

I recently ordered three takeout meals, including one specifically requested to be non-spicy for my mother, who cannot eat spicy food. When I got home, all three meals were spicy.

Mistakes happen, & I would have completely understood if the restaurant had simply acknowledged the error & tried to make things right. Instead, when I called, I was met with a rude attitude & no accountability for the mistake. I was told to drive back to the restaurant to exchange the dish, which was already inconvenient after the error was theirs.

I asked what would happen to the incorrect meal, since it obviously couldn't be resold, & whether I could keep it rather than have food go to waste while still receiving the replacement I had originally ordered. The employee refused & told me he would simply eat the returned meal himself. The conversation then turned into accusations that I was trying to get free food, which was insulting considering I was only asking to receive the meal I had paid for & ordered correctly.

What disappointed me most wasn't the mistake itself-it was the complete lack of customer service, accountability, & respect. As someone who has supported this restaurant for years, I left feeling embarrassed, frustrated, & genuinely shocked by how the situation was handled.

Unfortunately, after this experience, I won't be returning.
