Je suis venue le 7 avril 2026 vers 9h-9:30 & mon expérience a été extrêmement décevante. La musique était beaucoup trop forte, au point de rendre toute conversation difficile. Lorsque nous avons poliment demandé de baisser le volume, la réponse des employés a été totalement inacceptable & irrespectueuse.
Des commentaires déplacés ont été faits simplement parce que nous sommes des femmes. « comme nous sommes des femmes, nous sommes excitées & parlons fort » (commentaire dit par lemployé). Ce genre de remarque est non seulement irrespectueux, mais aussi totalement inapproprié Ce genre d'attitude est inacceptable.
Je m'attendais à un minimum de professionnalisme & de respect. Très déçue de cette expérience.

Very bad customer service, the two male employees were extremely rude. I don't understand how they lack basic skills, such as talking to clients respectfully.
I had a really disappointing experience at this dessert store on April 7th. We visited around 9:00-9:15 PM, the one located on Crescent street to be exact & there were two male employees working at the time.
We politely asked if they could lower the music because it was suddenly turned up extremely loud, so loud that we couldn't even hear each other talk. Instead of handling it professionally or even giving a heads-up, one of the employees responded rudely.
What made it worse was the comment:'Oh I understand that you guys are women & might have come out chilling in a while.' That was completely unnecessary, disrespectful, & honestly inappropriate. It felt dismissive & borderline offensive.
There were barely any customers in the store, yet the music made it feel like a nightclub rather than a place to relax & enjoy dessert & conversation.
Good customer service should include basic respect & awareness of the environment, & unfortunately that was missing here. I hope management addresses this because no customer should feel disrespected like that.
I had such high hopes because I've been wanting to check this place out for so long but it wasn't as good as I hoped & someone had clearly puked before my arrival. I couldn't leave soon enough! I had the cotton candy grapes & it didn't taste like cotton candy & the rest was just fine I guess.
Nous sommes venues le 7 avril entre 21h & 22h & l'expérience a été très décevante. Le personnel nous a parlé de manière peu respectueuse & l'accueil laissait clairement à désirer. Lorsque nous avons demandé à baisser la musique, la réponse qui nous a été donnée était non seulement peu professionnelle, mais aussi accompagnée de commentaires déplacés que nous avons perçus comme sexistes. Ce type de comportement n'est pas acceptable dans un établissement qui se veut accueillant pour sa clientèle. Nous espérons sincèrement que des mesures seront prises afin d'améliorer l'attitude du personnel & la qualité du service
Super bonne expérience surtout les fraises dubai c'est les meilleures en ville j'en recrave à tous les jours les employés sont super gentil & super accueillant
