I went in at 7:15am. I ordered a bagel with cream cheese & an espresso. The bagel was so fresh & tasty but the espresso was very bitter. The service was longer than expected as the server was alone & she had to serve another customer before finishing my bagel which is unfair. Suggestion to the business owner to add another server to serve customers faster as 3 customers were waiting when I left the shop. Good luck!

I usually hesitate to leave bad reviews, especially for small businesses, but my experience here was disappointing enough that I feel compelled to share it. Unfortunately, this was some of the worst coffee I've ever tasted. My girlfriend & I ordered a cappuccino & a latte, & both were so overwhelmingly bitter that they were practically undrinkable. We had to toss the cappuccino entirely, & I only managed to get through half of the latte before I started feeling queasy. The flavor was so intensely strong that it was almost nauseating, & I genuinely felt unwell after drinking it. I usually visit coffee shops like San Gennaro, Olimpico, & Bar Caffettiera, so my expectations weren't unrealistic. On a positive note, the service was friendly & the atmosphere inviting, which makes this experience even more disappointing. I really wish I could say the same for the coffee. I hope the café can take this feedback constructively because I'd love to see the coffee improve to match the otherwise pleasant environment.
