Sorbier Café offre une ambiance de quartier chaleureuse avec une déco rafraîchissante et une torréfaction maison, et le café filtre est apprécié pour sa préparation manuelle. Le service est globalement chaleureux et efficace, soutenu par une atmosphère intime et une musique de fond agréable, même lorsque le service peut devenir lent si le personnel est débordé. L'espace est plutôt petit, ce qui peut surprendre certains, mais il favorise le charme et permet de travailler sur place grâce à plusieurs prises électriques et une disposition cosy. Le menu propose des boissons variées et des pâtisseries, et les retours oscillent entre le moka très bon, le latte excellent et des mentions sur un croissant remarquable, tout en signalant parfois un espresso amer ou un matcha poudreux. Dans l'ensemble, Sorbier Café ressort comme un endroit charmant et convivial pour un café de spécialité et des moments agréables, même si la qualité peut varier et que le service peut gagner en rapidité lorsque la fréquentation est élevée.
I usually hesitate to leave bad reviews, especially for small businesses, but my experience here was disappointing enough that I feel compelled to share it. Unfortunately, this was some of the worst coffee I've ever tasted. My girlfriend & I ordered a cappuccino & a latte, & both were so overwhelmingly bitter that they were practically undrinkable. We had to toss the cappuccino entirely, & I only managed to get through half of the latte before I started feeling queasy. The flavor was so intensely strong that it was almost nauseating, & I genuinely felt unwell after drinking it. I usually visit coffee shops like San Gennaro, Olimpico, & Bar Caffettiera, so my expectations weren't unrealistic. On a positive note, the service was friendly & the atmosphere inviting, which makes this experience even more disappointing. I really wish I could say the same for the coffee. I hope the café can take this feedback constructively because I'd love to see the coffee improve to match the otherwise pleasant environment.
Nice, small cafe. Not super cozy nor decked out or anything but the coffee is good & service is nice. They sell some pastries here. Have wifi & a good amount of seating (19 people indoor & several outdoor). Price wasn't bad either CAD$6.5 for a soy milk, decaf latte.
It's an excellent place to chill , work & enjoy variety of the most delicious coffees. The atmosphere is amazing , service is on top , & nice playlists are always there to enjoy ! Definitely recommend :) .

The iced coffee was very good. However they only have one size, which is quite large. The price is quite expensive. I would have liked an option of a smaller portion for a lower price.

Coffee is fantastic & the ambience inside is cute. Unfortunately- the most recent time we went the service was VERY SLOW & not good. We waited over 10 minutes to order, there was no one in front of us in the line. After we ordered 2 cappuccinos we waited an additional 10 minutes, & the barista only brought out ONE of the 2 coffees we ordered & it took an additional 10 minutes for the second one to be made. My boyfriend drank his coffee cold so we could enjoy them together as we didn't want to made for this cold one to be remade. Don't come here if you're in a rush. I think this is the last time we will be making the journey here.
