Première fois pour nous a cet endroit & certainement pas la dernière. Nous avons passé un très beau moment. La nourriture était excellente & le service également.
Their restaurant's special was amazing, but seems like they are having trouble serving the other foods. We were 4 people waited like 40min for our main meal. Was not happy with the experience.
The service was fantastic. Great experience all around. Everything we tried was delicious. I loved the tastes & different textures. I will definitely go back.
Fusion Japanese food. Taste is good. Plating is excellent. Service is good.
Here are what I tried:
- 9 pieces sashimi plate. Taste ok but underwhelming especially the selection of fish
- the specialty maki (Kanji & Supaishi). Interesting especially the no rice soy wrap maki. But I don't understand the purpose of the sliced strawberry. Its taste does not go with the Maki & decoration wise it is like of out of place imo.
- sweet shrimp sashimi, a bit disappointing. The menu says sashimi has 3 pieces but I only got 2. Also I cannot taste the ocean umami sweetness.
- the suicide hamachi maki. The menu says it is spicy but there is absolutely not spicy.
Très déçu par notre dernière commande à emporter. Les maki étaient coupés de façon irrégulières (très fins ou trop larges). Les portions de sauce ont fortement diminué & plus généralement, l’effet WoW a disparu. C’est dommage car c’est un restaurant que nous apprécions. Note positive, la commande était prête d’avance pour une fois..
Nous avons appelé à 16h45 pour placer une commande à récupérer à 18h00. Arrivée sur place, j'ai dû attendre plus de 40 minutes pour la recevoir. Apparemment, ma commande a été remise à quelqu'un d'autre. C'est la deuxième fois que j'ai un problème avec une commande pour emporter. La première fois, il manquait un plat. Les soupes & les entrées chaudes qui étaient déposés sur le comptoir depuis plus de 30 minutes en attente des sushis n'ont pas été remplacés. La seule réponse à mon insatisfaction a été que la prochaine fois serait mieux. Service à la clientèle à revoir. Nous ne retournerons pas à ce restaurant.
Not the place to go if you're looking to have a decent customer service experience. If I could, I would glady rste them as -10 ! When we arrived, we were told the waiting time was around 15-20 minutes. We decided to wait. 45 minutes later, my friend & I were still not seated & no one even had the decency to come to us & apologize or at least let us know when the table would be ready. We asked them politely when would would get our table & the rude waitress simply said she doesn't know yet & that wee have to keeep waiting. After an hour & twenty minutes we decided to leave & just when we were about to open the door, the manager magically found a table. Since they never came to see us not apologized & because it was one the of the worst experience we've ever had, we decided to leave anyways! Never again.

Je suis aller a l’inauguration du resto & j'ai adorer ce resto, la décoration superbe, la nourriture exquise, bonne carte de vin, les employés & les propriétaires sont merveilleux, je vous recommande cette adresse, pour un 5 à 7, pour un souper romantique, en famille, ou avec des amis.
