FIVE STARS HANDS DOWN! I went to this restaurant last month for my birthday. I had never been there before, so it was a risky choice for dinner out with all my friends, but we were NOT disappointed! The servers were very kind, the food was all AMAZING (green curry, crispy pork with greens, pad see ew...it was all perfect), & to top it all off, they brought out a delicious treat'on the house' for my birthday, enough to share with the whole table. We were all thrilled with the evening. If you love Thai food, you'll love this restaurant.
Un choix random, les reviews étaient excellents, on a décidé de l'essayer. Pour moi c'était pas au niveau que je m'attendais. Une entrée de soupe Tom yum à 10$ très tres fade…., les plats de curry était juste ok, sans plus ( style thaï express)j'avais pris au crevettes & elles étaient pas assez cuites. Les prix élevés pour le niveau de la nourriture. Le service était bon, & on a reçu nos plats rapidement, il faut dire qu'on est allé dimanche en après-midi & on était les seuls clients, donc c'est normal.
Just came in for a mango sticky rice & they welcomed me with such warmth, very cute & clean restaurant ! They even gave us water as we waited for our take out ! 🥰 Thank you so much!!!
Very good food! The dumplings were super crispy & flavorful with a nice sauce on the side! The pad see ew was super generous lots of steaks pieces amazing flavor & texture def recommend!
very authentic thai restaurant, the owner is so sweet & explained to us every dish & is very passionate about her culture. this is a family owned restaurant so you know the food is authentic. we ordered a couple of entrees & a massaman curry & a pad see ew which were phenomenal. i def recommend this spot if you want to be full & bring leftovers (quantity is amazing) the waitress is super attentive & kind!
We ordered a selection of dishes with the view of tasting for dinner & then taking the leftovers home.
The dumplings with peanut sauce & the chicken meatballs were both amazing to start our dinner.
The chicken Tom Yum & chicken Massaman Curry were outstanding & delicious.
For mains we ordered the Spicy Crispy Chicken with mango salad & the Beef Pad See Ew.
The portions were quite large which makes this restaurant extremely good value for delicious Thai food.

Nous avons passé un excellent moment chez Siwalee, le service était super chaleureux, la nourriture incroyable (les nouilles sont d'une grande finesse). On s'est régalé & on a retrouvé de l'authenticité dans nos assiettes.
Une expérience que je recommande grandement, nous reviendrons avec plaisir !
Hugely disappointed by my second visit. I'm Thai, so I have high standards for Larb Moo, & this wasn't it. It was basically unseasoned minced pork. I had to fix it myself just to make it edible. While the Pad Thai noodles were good, the shrimp were bland & tasted like they were cooked separately & just tossed on top. The sticky rice portion was also a joke. I loved my first visit, but I'm not paying restaurant prices to do the chef's job at home.
Updated review : the tom kha gai was really not to my taste at all, felt like the flavors were really off to me as if they didn't balance the aromatics properly. The pad thai had a quantity over quality feel. It was honestly still decent & probably a good quality & quantity / price ratio... The service was nice & quick. Not the place for me since quality matters above all to me, but decent restaurant if you are less picky!
My 10yo daughter & I love this place ! We go there everytime we hang out on Plateau. Food is delicious & prices better than other thai places. The staff is very nice & friendly :)
