La fille qui nous servait était très sympatique & venait nous voir souvent. Mais nous avions une réservation a 17H sommes arriver a 16h50 mais avons eu nos plats a 18H20. J'avais pourtant mentionné que nous étions presser puisque nous allions au Hockey & la partie était a 19h. Resultat, nous n'avons pas fini nos assiette. Pour l'ambiance c'est bien mais très bruyant. c'était difficile de se parler. Par contre, la nourriture est excellente & nous allons probablement y retourner....mais pas un soir de Match de Hockey.

Je profite de cette demande d'avis pour vous faire part de l'attitude de notre serveur....À son arrivée, il ne m'a pas salué (je suis une femme...), ne m'a même pas regardé, aucun sourire, ignorance totale! Au moment de prendre notre commande à mon conjoint & moi, il a pris la commande de mon conjoint en premier, toujours sans me regarder. Au moment de prendre ma commande, toujours aucun sourire, aucun regard, rien qui signifie que notre présence est bienvenue.
Lorsque je lui ai demandé notre facture, il m'a fait signe de patienter en fronçant les sourcils (alors que j'étais douce & courtoise). Il n'a pas daigné me laisser savoir quand il viendrait... Lorsque nous avons payé, il ne m'a même pas saluer....!!! Ce serveur ne devrait pas travailler au service à la clientèle. Nous sommes des clients réguliers & c'est la première fois que nous rencontrons un si piètre service...
