Ask for Heidi. Trust me. We not only had delicious Thai food & incredible drinks, but we had amazing service from our waitress Heidi! Her warm energy, attention to detail, & care for her customers was truly a magical experience. Thank you Heidi for an incredible night & a very much memorable one!! ❤?
This was some of the best Thai food we've had in North America, & we say these as South-East Asians who've had a lot of authentic Thai food both in Thailand & back home in the region. The tastes were extraordinary & while not perfectly authentic, the chefs have done their own localization which makes the dishes extra tasty. Our only lowlight was the tom yum soup, which we felt missed the spiciness & we would have preferred if there was an option to have made it real Thai-spicy! We also had on a separate occasion from our dinner do a shrimp pad-thai room service, & that was excellent as well!
Nourriture très goûteuse & savoureuse, pas trop piquante! Une bonne introduction à la cuisine thaïlandaise. Ambiance chaleureuse parfaite pour passer une bonne soirée & discuter.
Sat quickly on a Tuesday at noon with family of five (kids 11, 13, 16) after morning at Musee de Beaux Arts. Server solicitous & helpful with menu. Each appetizer & entree delicious: mango salad, vegetable soup & chicken dumplings were standouts, along with Panang Curry, Crispy Chicken & Pad Thai. Popular with business lunchers but our family enjoyed the more professional atmosphere without ubiquitous crayons, paper placemats or chicken tender menu options. Lava cake, creme brulee with cappuccino & Americano was sweet ending & we wobbled out happily.
Considering this is a huge operation multi floor Thai restaurant serving mostly white tourists, it's fine. It's not gonna be an impressive, pallet exploding journey, but if you're visiting town or need a big table for a large group, she'll do.
Mains are all $30. My favourite dish was the mango salad.
Fantastic Thai restaurant in the middle of downtown Montreal. They have a wide variety of menu items, including your staple Thai cuisine such as pad thai, mango salad, tom yum soup, thai curry, etc. They also have unique options like a shared platter appetizers that let you try a bunch of different foods. Their cocktail menu is also quite unique, including a delicious mango based drink (available as a mocktail too).

Very accommodating to our friends gluten sensitivity. The waitress took her order & went through each item with her. Great service.
Good was delicious especially the pad Thai.
Tom yum soup was spicy & delicious just wish the bowl was bigger. Overall great experience. Book reservations for dinner, otherwise you may not get in.
I'm visiting from Calgary & had the pleasure of dining at Siam here in Montreal where Fred was our server. I can confidently say he is absolutely phenomenal at his job.
From the moment we were seated, Fred was attentive, friendly, & incredibly knowledgeable. He made thoughtful recommendations, checked in at just the right moments, & made us feel genuinely welcome throughout the entire meal. His professionalism combined with a warm, positive attitude truly elevated our dining experience.
It's clear that Fred takes great pride in what he does, & it shows in every interaction. Service like his makes a lasting impression & turns a great meal into a memorable one.
If you're dining at Siam Thai, you're in excellent hands with Fred. He's a true asset to the restaurant, & I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this place to anyone visiting or living in the area.
Visited during weekday lunch. Great food - the authentic flavors were there. Friendly staff service. Pricing wise - in the expensive side for a Thai restaurant. Perhaps because of the location. Ordered these 2 & water for about $63.
Nice service, dinner & dessert choice. Tried the duck dumplings, yellow curry & shrimp pad Thai. Service on Mar 7 was disappointing as we felt neglected as waiter did not even ask us how our meal was & we had to ask for water to be refilled from person that was bringing out the food. We spoke to hostess & she offered free dessert but we declined. Food was fine.
Siam is an excellent Thai restaurant downtown.
I've been there three times, including Valentine's Day with friends, & the experience has always been great.
Delicious food, very good service, & a warm, lively atmosphere.
Consistently enjoyable... well deserved 5 stars.

Always enjoy SIAM - the food ( especially the Pad Thai & professional service. Chloe even remembered me even though it had been awhile since my last visit. It's an added touch that really makes a person feel welcome.
Also appreciate that they have zero Sapporo beer.
Will be back over the holidays.
Great food. Mango salad was refreshing. The pad Thai was oily it's sweet than what I've had in Thailand. Could have had more tofu & less veggies. Definitely recommend for Thai food
