We arrived on time for our reservation & were seated promptly. After ordering appetizers & our meal we waited & waited. More than 45 minutes later came the appetizers & almost 15 more minutes later came the entrees. Our complaints to our waitress & what was said to be management were barely heard, we were offered a free drink or dessert when what we needed was part or most of the meal comped. Good food aside it was a very unpleasant evening.

Bel ambiance, le restaurant était bondé de gens. Malgré tout le service était impeccable. Les saveurs & la fraîcheur des aliments étaient au rendez-vous. Bon rapport qualité prix. Je recommande autant pour un couple ou en famille.

The service was incredibly slow ( I think they forgot about our order as a much larger party near us got all their food & finished before we even got ours). The waitress was not very attentive overall.

Good chicken skewers & the shredded mango salad was a delightful surprise… the virgin Tom yum Siam was deliciously refreshing. With an extensive vegan & vegetarian menu, Siam is a lovely & lowkey spot in downtown Montréal.

An amazing Thai place in the heart of MTL. The place had a very nice decor & aura. The service was over the top with a super friendly waiter who accommodated 11 people quite well. Finally, the food was very good, & authentic, & came in generous portions.

We waited 50 mins to have the 3 simple dishes we had ordered. The quality of food is decreasing from last time I came. We waited for so long time then the quality & quantity of foods didn't satisfy us. The service is quite good when the waiter offered us for drinks while we were waiting for long time

Très insatisfaite. Mon plat a pris une éternité avant d'arriver & pour couronner le tout, la serveuse m'a fait attendre 20min pour me faire payer. La encore j'ai carrément du aller à l'accueil pour que quelqu'un l'appelé pour que je puisses payer. Je ne penses pas y manger encore, en tout cas pas au Centre-ville. Au moins mon plat était super bon.

The hostess at the reception desk was not very welcoming, she just stared at us. No "Bienvenue, welcome, bonjour, hello" nothing. Otherwise all was good.
