Siam offers a consistently vibrant Thai dining experience with flavorful, well balanced dishes and generous portions that appeal to both meat lovers and vegetarians. The menu showcases a range of curries, noodles, dumplings, and salads, with thoughtful recommendations that help guests discover new favorites. Guests frequently praise attentive, friendly service and a warm, lively atmosphere that works for date nights, family dinners, or group celebrations, plus solid cocktails and wine options. While the downtown setting and terrace enhance the vibe, a few diners note the noise level and occasional slower service during peak times, yet overall the kitchen delivers freshness, quality, and value that invite return visits.
Hello, although the main courses were fantastic, the appetizers were far from perfect. Out veg & non veg dumplings were cold & had very little peanut sauce. The chicken Sarah's were dry, tasteless & not fresh. Furthermore, the drinks were very light with very little alcohol & lots of ice. But, the waiter was amazing. He was a gentleman of Cambodian heritage. If it were not for the delicious main courses & service, I'd never return to Siam. Please work on providing good appetizers & drinks. Thank you.

I had the pleasure of dining at Siam (Centre Ville), & it was an experience worth raving about. From the moment I walked in, the warm & inviting atmosphere set the stage for an unforgettable evening.
The menu boasted a diverse selection of mouthwatering dishes, each crafted with precision & a keen attention to flavor. What truly elevated my dining experience was the impeccable service provided by our server. Not only was our server attentive & knowledgeable about the menu, but they also added an element of entertainment to the evening. Their enthusiasm & passion for the cuisine were contagious, making the dining experience not just a meal but a performance.
We had a very agreeable evening here. It felt a bit frenetic when we arrived & I was a bit alarmed that there would be a problem with the service, but not at all. We had a couple of appetisers & we each had a main course & all was very acceptable. The service was first class.
Nourriture froide..nous avions déjà expliqué a la serveuse que notre entrée etait froide & ils sont revenus avec les plats principaux froid également. Pas fort...
The food was great! The service was good but slow, we went on a Saturday (before a Canadiens game), so I do not recommend going during a hockey game. The food was tasty & very good portions/price.

Would have preferred to get our cocktails before or at least same time as the appetizers, lacking shynchronization between services , also they did not know if we had desserts or not , it was along wait for the bill , looked like missing staff which we understood , overall it was a good meal , still would recommend .
The members of the crew were very nice. But the Service was very slow, only one waiter for a lot of tables, so we need it to ask for our menu, raise our hand to order something to drink, to request the bill, etc...
Party of 8 adults. We ate there as part of the Mtl a table initiative. The food was terrible. Salad was super salty. Pad thai was soggy & very sweet. Tom Yum soup was very sweet. I think the chef drop all the suger in the food. This is far from authentic Thai food. We were very disappointed.
La nourriture reçue était tiède, le riz collant n'était pas complètement cuit, le service pas très présent mais elle était gentille. Merci pour le dessert pour mon anniversaire!
