Discreetly located in the Hotel Le Crystal in the heart of downtown, our restaurant welcomes you in a contemporary Asian decor. Our gigantic Buddha and our stairs in tropical colors will certainly not leave you indifferent. In summer, discover our charming colorful terrace for a refreshing cocktail. Thai cuisine is considered the finest in Asia. Its original and delicate ingredients such as curry, mint, lemongrass, coriander, kaffir lime or even red basil, its fragrances and its colorful and spectacular presentations will make you travel. But beware, it is also very spicy and can represent a real challenge for the taste buds! Siam offers you the great classics such as pad thai and curries, presented in a contemporary way. Siam offers a consistently vibrant Thai dining experience with flavorful, well balanced dishes and generous portions that appeal to both meat lovers and vegetarians. The menu showcases a range of curries, noodles, dumplings, and salads, with thoughtful recommendations that help guests discover new favorites. Guests frequently praise attentive, friendly service and a warm, lively atmosphere that works for date nights, family dinners, or group celebrations, plus solid cocktails and wine options. While the downtown setting and terrace enhance the vibe, a few diners note the noise level and occasional slower service during peak times, yet overall the kitchen delivers freshness, quality, and value that invite return visits.
The main course was excellent; however, while you have a choice between a salad or soup for the appetizer, the Tom Yum Kung does not taste authentic-it contains neither kaffir lime leaves nor lemongrass.
Ordered delivery. First time trying their food. The mango salad was good & spicy. Pad seew & beef curry were very(!) dull in flavors, very plain. Not a single vegetable in the curry- just two pieces of meat in coconut milk. Super pricy & in my opinion not worth it at all.
Nourriture très goûteuse & savoureuse, pas trop piquante! Une bonne introduction à la cuisine thaïlandaise. Ambiance chaleureuse parfaite pour passer une bonne soirée & discuter.
Really enjoyed the vibe of this place. The food was delicious. We started with the chicken satay then had the beef pad seew & sweet & sour chicken. Would definitely return & recommend.

Sat quickly on a Tuesday at noon with family of five (kids 11, 13, 16) after morning at Musee de Beaux Arts. Server solicitous & helpful with menu. Each appetizer & entree delicious: mango salad, vegetable soup & chicken dumplings were standouts, along with Panang Curry, Crispy Chicken & Pad Thai. Popular with business lunchers but our family enjoyed the more professional atmosphere without ubiquitous crayons, paper placemats or chicken tender menu options. Lava cake, creme brulee with cappuccino & Americano was sweet ending & we wobbled out happily.
My son & I came in Saturday night as part of his birthday celebration. Our server Dav went above & beyond (truly great service!) . He made my 6 year old feel like a true VIP. - great food amazing service! Genuinely this is a destination restaurant we purposely travel from out of province to visit. Thank you Dav & Siam for an excellent experience!
If I return (which I definitely will), it won't just be because of the amazingly delicious food. it'll be because of the exceptional service especially from our waitress Heidi.
We mentioned that we'll be celebrating our anniversary soon, & she truly went above & beyond. She congratulated us, shared some great local spots around Montreal to check out, & even surprised us with a complimentary cheesecake.
This was honestly one of the best dining experiences I've had in Montreal so far. You guys truly are the best
Dommage !
Considering this is a huge operation multi floor Thai restaurant serving mostly white tourists, it's fine. It's not gonna be an impressive, pallet exploding journey, but if you're visiting town or need a big table for a large group, she'll do.
Mains are all $30. My favourite dish was the mango salad.
Fantastic Thai restaurant in the middle of downtown Montreal. They have a wide variety of menu items, including your staple Thai cuisine such as pad thai, mango salad, tom yum soup, thai curry, etc. They also have unique options like a shared platter appetizers that let you try a bunch of different foods. Their cocktail menu is also quite unique, including a delicious mango based drink (available as a mocktail too).
