Siam Centre-Ville was amazing! As someone with celiac disease, I was thrilled to find so many delicious gluten-free options. The food was incredible, & the ambiance was perfect. Our waiter was super nice & knowledgeable, making the whole experience even better. Highly recommend!
Une magnifique soirée au Siam, avec excellents cocktails & une succession de petits plats à partager, tous délicieux. Service extra attentionné & efficace de Chloé, qui nous a bien expliqué tout le menu & nos options. Belle ambiance. Beaucoup d'options végétariennes. On y retournera !
J'étais dans la salle à manger en bas. J'ai trouvé ça vraiment moins chaleureux que celle d'en haut. Les plats sont bons mais la présentation a déjà été vraiment mieux.
Fantastic Experience at Siam! I had an amazing dinner at Siam, & the highlight was our waiter, Davinder. He was incredibly knowledgeable about the menu & gave excellent recommendations. The food was delicious, beautifully presented, & full of authentic flavor. Great service & great food-highly recommend!
Bravo à la seule serveuse sur le plancher qui nous a donné un très bon service. Le restaurant est beau, bien décoré & bel ambiance. J'ai pris la soupe TomYum (double portion). La soupe n'était pas épicée du tout (selon la légende 2 piments = très fort). & j'en reviens pas du tout, d'avoir payé 25$ pour un bol de bouillon avec des légumes déshydratés, sauf pour la coriande, & 3 crevettes. Pour ce prix, il pourrait mettre des vermicelles de riz. UN VRAI VOL .... si tu calcules ton coût de revient, ca coûte rien. Mais un client qui ne revient pas & qui en parle à 10 autres, ca coûte cher ca. Les dumplings au canard, n'avait aucun goût. Effiloché & sec. Amélioration requise pour le gôut & la quantité dans les portions servies.
We recently went to Siam Centre-Ville for a celebratory dinner. I must say that the food was exceptional & the experience was pleasant, friendly & professional. We ordered cocktails, spring (salad) rolls, a stir-fry & green curry beef. The presentation & flavours were appealing. But the green curry was the star dish though. Incredible. It was aromatic & mildly spicy. The dish also came with some additional fresh chilis if you prefer your food to be more spicy. However, what I appreciated the most was the attention & care taken with allergens. There is a separate menu that explains the allergens in the menu items. Thus, I was able to order a gluten & dairy-free meal. I highly recommend & will definitely be back.
The restaurant was beautiful, & the food was absolutely delicious & reasonably priced (I did share a couple of dishes). Will definitely be going back there! I definitely recommend the tasting platter & the duck confit. The mango cheesecake was super refreshing & the sticky mango cocktail was very tasty
Notre serveur, Olivier a été très gentil, service parfait, de bonne humeur. Il a réussi à mettre une ambiance très le fun avec toute notre table (6)! Évidemment, nous allons revenir en espérant avoir Olivier à nouveau comme serveur.
Nous connaissions le SIAM du 10/30 & c'est avec plaisir que nous avons découvert celui de l'hôtel Crystal au centre-ville de Montréal. Au lunch , seul l'espace bistro-bar du premier niveau était offert mais lors d'une prochaine visite en soirée nous réserverons au deuxième niveau plus agréable quand à nous. La nourriture est toujours aussi savoureuse & relevée. Le service fut un peu lent mais on peut comprendre lorsqu'il y a peu de personnel en cuisine en ce début d'après midi de dimanche 22 décembre .Serveuse très gentille cependant. On y retourne certainement !
