I'm visiting from Calgary & had the pleasure of dining at Siam here in Montreal where Fred was our server. I can confidently say he is absolutely phenomenal at his job.
From the moment we were seated, Fred was attentive, friendly, & incredibly knowledgeable. He made thoughtful recommendations, checked in at just the right moments, & made us feel genuinely welcome throughout the entire meal. His professionalism combined with a warm, positive attitude truly elevated our dining experience.
It's clear that Fred takes great pride in what he does, & it shows in every interaction. Service like his makes a lasting impression & turns a great meal into a memorable one.
If you're dining at Siam Thai, you're in excellent hands with Fred. He's a true asset to the restaurant, & I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this place to anyone visiting or living in the area.

This is the second time I go where the service is horrible. The hostess & workers ignored us for a long time the last time & today the hostess brought us to a table with only 1 chair (we were 2). She then completely disappeared so I had to find one from another table. Then we waited 20 mins with no one coming to us, not even for water. At this point we were starved so we went downstairs hoping for service at the bar. An amazing server then kindly seated us quickly at a table & served us amazingly. Thank you Laurie!
