Was disappointed to find out the only thing on their menu (pasta) is not made in house but bought…:( Our waiter was borderline rude & couldn't answer simple questions about the menu. Their signature truffle pasta was good though.
Their pasta is really good, I've ubered it online before. But when we tried to go in person, there was no parking near the restaurant at all. Only parking for residential areas. The staff didn't know any parking spots either. It's a good place to eat only if you are close by.
Absolutely delicious pasta. Fresh & one of the best I've had. Great service. Nice atmosphere. Do try the Shnoopa (even if you don't love truffle- it will change your life ;))
Had an amazing time at Shnoopa. The service was outstanding everyone was so kind & welcoming, which made the experience even better. The place has such a friendly, cozy atmosphere that makes you want to stay longer. The pasta was really tasty & full of flavor. Overall, Shnoopa is a great spot with delicious food & top-tier service. Highly recommend

I tried Shnoopa & it was honestly such a great experience. The service is amazing - the staff are super friendly, welcoming, & really make you feel comfortable. The place has a warm, cozy vibe & feels very inviting. The pasta was delicious, full of flavor, & clearly made with care. Overall, Shnoopa is a lovely spot with great food & even better service. I'd definitely come back again.
I tried this pasta place & honestly it was really good. The pasta was cooked perfectly, not too soft & not hard, & the sauce was rich & full of flavor. The portion size was filling & worth the price. The place itself was cozy & clean, & the service was fast & friendly. Overall, it's a great spot if you're craving good pasta & I'd definitely go back again.
My husband went for a work event & tried three types of pasta & loved all of them. He brought me back some leftover & it was delicious. Don't forget to try their rice pudding it's delicious.
Ordered take out & my gluttonous eyes were fooled at first - the portions looked small. But don't get tricked by the bowl size. One portion can easily be shared between two people, especially if you're not starving.
The pasta was perfectly cooked with a generous coating of sauce. The meat sauce bowl was packed with flavour & had a surprisingly generous amount of meat, not just sauce. The other option, the creamy four-cheese pasta, was silky, rich, & comforting without feeling heavy.
Both sauces cling nicely to the rigatoni, & every bite feels intentional. The balance between meat, cheese, & pasta was spot-on.
Overall: comforting, satisfying, & excellent value considering the portion size. Will definitely order again.

My first experience at Shnoopa Restaurant truly felt like home. The pasta was incredibly delicious & satisfying, far beyond my expectations. Even ordering online, it arrived fresh & perfectly prepared. Absolutely love the portion size!
The overall experience at Shnoopa was disappointing. Upon making a reservation, they changed the timing with no direct communication. I had to call directly to confirm the change when I received the text reminder.
When my group arrived, we stood around for 20 minutes before being seated, even though tables were free & other guests arriving afterwards were seated.
From there, the service was slow. It took approx. 25-30 minutes to receive each small bowl of pasta, at times having to reorder since they forgot our order. Staff members were mostly inattentive, though there was 1 man who at least acknowledged they were missing our order(s). Even though we started dining late with very slow service, we were reminded multiple times we had to leave for the next service.
The food was only okay. Between the group, we tried all the different pastas & none were special. Basic box pasta with different sauces. No one in our group is interested in visiting again.
My wife & I went for dinner & we had an amazing experience. From the homemade pasta recipes to an amazing service. We highly recommend. We will be back for sure.

Writing this while I'm still sitting there . Worst service. Waited an hour before getting when 1 player. Portions are criminally small . They force you to get reservation but you still wait 45 minutes at the door in the « reservation line » . The food is really not worth the hype . Very simple pasta . Go To LULUs pasta bar it's right around the corner & way better.
The food was amazing & the prices were great. The ambiance was fine, but the organization definitely needs improvement-I waited in the doorway for 10 minutes past my reservation & another 7 minutes for the all-you-can-eat pasta service. It's a new restaurant, & I can see the vision. I'm confident they'll improve, & I'd come back to support them & enjoy the delicious pasta again.
Don't let the look fool you when you walk in - this is one of the best pasta restaurants I have tried in my life. Great service, amazing food, & super affordable. We couldn't finish our meal. & if you're a wino while eating like I am, they have delicious non-alc options. Highly recommend!!!
