Absolutely outstanding experience! From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was warm & welcoming. The food was incredibly fresh, flavorful, & beautifully presented-every bite was perfection. The staff were friendly, attentive, & made us feel truly valued. Portions were generous & the quality exceeded expectations. Easily one of the best dining experiences I've had. Highly recommend & will definitely be coming back!
I almost never leave reviews, but this experience compelled me to write one.
Shish Kebab used to be one of our all-time favorite restaurants. Unfortunately, after several instances of terrible service, we stopped going. Still, my wife & I decided to give it another chance last Sunday - & regretted it.
From the moment we walked in (just after 8 p.m.), the waiter seemed visibly annoyed by our presence & proceeded to ignore us for most of the evening. I had to get up twice to ask for service, & at one point I literally served myself. We clearly asked that our appetizers be brought out before the main course, but this request was ignored - everything arrived at once, followed by a half-hearted excuse about take-out orders, which didn't make much sense.
To make matters worse, a table at the front appeared to be friends of the owners. Our waiter & even the cook spent most of the evening sitting with them instead of tending to customers. At one point, they were watching videos on their phones at full volume, with no regard for anyone else in the restaurant.
It's genuinely sad to see such disregard for customers, especially since the food itself is still very good. We miss the days when Pierre was serving - back when service actually matched the quality of the food. Sadly, we won't be returning.

I truly appreciate you taking the time to respond to my review - it shows that you care about your business, & I genuinely hope the service issues will be addressed.
To clarify one point: it was only my wife & me, there was no birthday party, & the visit was on Sunday the 21st, in case you wish to review what I reported & the nonchalant behavior of the person serving us that evening.

We recently hosted our henna celebration night at this wonderful restaurant, & it was truly unforgettable. The atmosphere was warm, festive, & welcoming - the perfect setting for such a special occasion. The staff went above & beyond to make sure everything was smooth, comfortable, & beautifully arranged for our group.
The food was outstanding. The shish kebab was tender, juicy, & full of rich flavor, & all the sides were fresh & delicious. Every guest commented on how amazing the meal was. The generous portions & authentic taste made the night even more memorable.
From the service to the ambiance to the quality of the dishes, everything exceeded our expectations. I highly recommend this restaurant for any event, gathering, or celebration - especially if you want great food & a warm, memorable experience.
The food is so amazing & fresh. I have come at least 5 times & order different items each time. Everything is delicious! The sangria is also lovely. Also great atmosphere. I wish I could come every day - I don't think I would ever get bored or be disappointed in the food quality.
Tried Restaurant Shish Kebab for dinner. The interior is very cool! We tried many items & everything was super delicious. Its home away from home. Food Quality: 5 stars. Cannot have better than this outside.
Prices: bit high given quality is good
Sizes: main dishes/plates are large. Side plates, not much. We ordered baba ghannouj & paid 12$ for it, got 1 scoop. It was great quality but small in size.
Service: i wished when we ordered the large Fattouch salad we were topd our main plates already have salad with them. We would not have ordered separate salad in the first place. Sure, it is written somewhere in the menu but it is important to mention it to the customer out of concern on the customer's interest.
