I'm staying at a nearby Airbnb & decided to order sushi from Shinka Sushi. I ordered the salmon paradise roll & an order of sweet potato tempura. I was so excited, because I've always wished I could by only sweet potato tempura without the other vegetables. I only had to come all the way from Virginia to Canada to find it. The salmon paradise roll was delicious. It had fresh salmon inside, with cream cheese & avocado, & smoked salmon on the top. It really didn't need any soy sauce, just a little wasabi. The salmon on the inside was fresh & the smoked salmon was perfect. The sweet potato tempura was crisp, with panko crumbs around the outside, & it paired well with the sesame flavored mayonnaise based sauce that cam with it.View more
