🔥 Shay - Brunch goals, achieved.
Shay knows how to deliver a proper brunch.
We started with the ricotta pancakes-fluffy, rich, & stacked high with whipped cream, nuts, & a touch of magic. Easily some of the best I've had.
But the surprise standout? The lamb eggs Benedict. Perfectly poached eggs over tender lamb with a hollandaise that hit just right. Bold, rich, & totally addictive.
Everything else-from the pillowy pita & labneh to the spiced sausage & iced coffee-just tied it all together.
The vibe was dialed-in too: modern, lively, but still chill enough to enjoy the meal without feeling rushed.
10/10 brunch spot. Will definitely be back.View more

So I went with a friend for brunch my first time at Shay on Sunday at noon. The place is very modern, clean & chic without being pretentious about. Staff & vibe were very chill & music was good too so ambience was great . We sat at the bar as all the tables were full but it's very comfortable regardless. Ordered the lamb Reuben & their baklava pancakes which they are kind of known for & it's well merited. More a dessert than a meal but still excellent as was the lamb sandwich which came with roasted potatoes & Cole slaw sides. Bonus in summer they have a terrace but it was too cold when I went.View more

We had the best brunch at Shay with a large group for a Bachelorette! Top brunch spot in the city, It's such a hidden gem. The service was 10/10. Kat was the best, everything was perfect. The food was so so good, & the coffees were also delicious. Vibes are wonderful, great pictures. Highly recommend for a group or Bachelorette outing! W🔥W! Vraiment le brunch était superbe! Le restaurant est plein donc faire une réservation est la meilleur chose à faire. #1- les plats sont vraiment bons, pas trop gros mais remplissant. L'assaisonnement est à point & pas trop salé. #2- Les boissons sont très bonnes mais légèrement dispendieux. Le bar est chaleureux & dynamique. #3- Le service est sympa, le staff souriant & dynamique.
