Good food, good service & a very nice atmosphere what's more to like. I'll tell you, everything in this place is clean. The mirrors are so clean you think there are two kitchens when you walk in, flawless cleaning is done here. The tables are clean as is the preparation area all very clean & well set up for Efficient service. The washroom is very clean well set up & private. The choice of food is great & well prepared with a good selection of veggies & toppings to go with everything in your meals. We will be returning soon, you should go also. Unfortunately, the customer service fell far short of expectations. When I called to ask for some advice before ordering online, the person who answered seemed unprepared & simply responded,'Umm, I don't know.'
During my visit in person, the situation was even more frustrating. While placing an order for Philliz, a male staff member commented,'Are you sure you want to eat that? You're a girl.'-an inappropriate & sexist remark.
Both staff members then attempted to push their own combo choices on me-one suggesting a trio, the other pushing for a tray. When I declined, the boy said,'You know you would have saved money... we did this for the boys sitting there,' implying preferential treatment & disregarding my preferences.
To make things worse, I overheard them speaking in Arabic & mocking me after the interaction. That kind of behavior is completely unprofessional & unacceptable.
Please allow customers the freedom to order what they want without pressure, comparisons, or judgment. I genuinely love your food, but the customer experience needs serious improvement. Proper staff training is crucial to ensure everyone feels respected & welcomed.
