The customer service is not great. The tean has to be well trained. When we call with some advice before ordering online. The girl on the phone says'umm I don't know.' When we go in to put an order: upon ordering Philliz we get a comment from the boy:'are you sure you want to eat that, you're a girl.' When trying to order specific things, the two try to come with their own combos. Girl try to make it trio, boy tries to make it the tray. When refused at the end boy says u know u would have saved money... We did this for the boys sitting there as them. & the guys start speaking in Arabic to trash me. Plz let the person decide what they want. & plz don't try to compare people. Very very disappointed as I love the food.View more

The food is really delicious. All of us who like shawarma this is no brainer! They give you plenty of food, which ever type you choose. 10 on 10 rating for their customers service & attitudes towards helping customers. If you ask for any explanation they are happy share those details. Washroom was nice & clean. Only attention that I would seek is cleaning tables & restocking washroom necessities. We discovered Shawarmaz Vaudreuil thanks to some coupons in the mail, & we're so glad we gave it a try! As big Boustan fans, we're familiar with Mediterranean food, & Shawarmaz absolutely impressed us.
First off, the portions are very generous. We each ordered a regular-sized falafel bowl, & wow-best falafel we've ever had! The falafel pieces were huge (not those tiny ones like at Amir) & packed with flavor. The bowl itself was so big that my boyfriend & I could have easily shared one, but having leftovers was a bonus because it tasted just as good reheated in the air fryer the next day. & of course, the garlic potatoes did not disappoint-so garlicky in the best way possible!
The staff was another highlight of our visit. Super friendly, hardworking, & quick! Since it was our first time, we weren't sure how to customize our bowls, but the repeated answer from the staff was'whatever you want,' which made us feel welcome & at ease. Even our toddler is asking to go back, so that says a lot!
For $15, the portion size & quality far exceeded our expectations. Shawarmaz just might be our new go-to instead of Boustan. Highly recommend!View more
