I love the Shawarmaz on Ste-Catherine near Peel, but this one is horrible. The food was not fresh & wasn't as tasty. The staff were chatting among each other while I was waiting & even while serving me & I was trying to tell them not to add certain ingredients. Even if you're in the area & can't go to the other one, just find another Lebanese fast food joint around the area.

Visiting Montreal & thought I stop by a shawarma place as I was hearing the hype over Montreal shawarma. Long story short, I was left pretty dissapointed. I got the mixed Saj Shawarma wrap. The bread was pretty tough so it was pretty hard to bite through it & there was a lot of breading too. The meat itself was really dry. The only thing that saved it was the sauces & veggie. For $15, almost double the price of a good Saj wrap in Mississauga, I'm genuinely dissapointed. Service was very friendly & that's the main reason for keeping at 2* & not 1*. Was very dissapointed in my first Montreal shawarma wrap.
