Amazing experience at Shawarmas UQAM The food was delicious the place was clean even it's to late & the service was excellent a special thank you to the young Arabic guy working there he was extremely kind welcoming & genuinely made my night You deserve more recognition I really hope the manager takes good care of such great staff Thank you for the amazing service & delicious food I'll definitely be coming back ❤?

J'avais laissé un avis 5 étoiles il y a un an parce que j'étais satisfaite. Quand c'est bon, je le dis, & quand quelque chose me déçoit ou m'inquiète, je le dis aussi, dans le but d'améliorer les choses.
Aujourd'hui, j'ai été très surprise de voir la broche de poulet installée alors que la machine était éteinte, puis allumée seulement après ma commande pour chauffer le poulet. Ce n'est vraiment pas rassurant concernant la conservation & la sécurité alimentaire.

Très mauvaise expérience. Le plat était vraiment dégoûtant & je n'ai pas du tout aimé. La broche de poulet était éteinte & ils l'ont allumée seulement après avoir reçu ma commande, ce qui m'a donné l'impression que le poulet n'était pas frais.

Le pain pita n'était pas croustillant & semblait être un mélange de pain de la veille & du jour même. Les patates étaient également décevantes.

Bref, après avoir mangé ce plat, j'avais envie de vomir. Je ne recommande absolument pas cet endroit & je n'y retournerai jamais.
