Everything about my experience was disappointing.

From the moment I placed my order, the employee turned around & started preparing the food without asking if I wanted any modifications or preferences. There was no greeting, no interaction, & no basic level of customer service.

What concerned me even more was the food preparation. Instead of slicing the chicken & beef fresh from the shawarma spit, the meat was taken from a container in the refrigerator & simply reheated. The rice was also taken out of the fridge & heated in a microwave, which is not how freshly prepared rice should be served. Proper food service should keep cooked rice hot in a warming station, not repeatedly refrigerate & reheat it.

The garlic potatoes were nothing more than plain fried potato cubes with no garlic seasoning, & both the fattoush & tabbouleh were essentially chopped vegetables without any proper dressing or flavor.

Overall, the food lacked freshness & taste, the service was poor, & the restaurant did not feel clean or welcoming. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this place. I only wish I had read the reviews before deciding to eat here.

i got a chicken shawarma at 3 am & let me tell you. it was the best freaking thing ive ever eaten in my entire life. my bigback self would go there everyday if calories wasnt a thing, heavily recommend if you wanna know what real love feels like.

Excellent chicken shawarma. I strongly recommend this friendly place. It's also a comfortable place for chicken wings, sandwiches, hamburgers & to read a book as I usually do.

Best shawarma ... especially the mixed meat/chicken.... the food was fresh, the sauces amazing. Hidden treasure!
