Honestly food was very mediocre. Soup dumplings stuck to the paper & basket & broke before I could pick them up. Taste was alright.
Service however was excellent! 5 stars ⭐?
Absolutely delicious. Hidden gem with authentic Shanghai flavours. Would recommend the scallion noodles (soy) & the beef pan fried dumplings. All of it was delicious. The spring rolls are very mushroom forward so if you don't like mushrooms, I'd skip it. Great service. Friendly staff & the food arrives nice & hot!!
I leave here, a bittersweet review. I was looking forward to dining in this place, & make no mistake, the food wasn't bad at all. The portions were alright, especially for the price. The flavour was there.
Two people, small meals. As a foreigner from Europe, I'm not well accustomed to local tipping culture, as where I come from leaving those is rare - voluntary & completely service quality based. However, I do understand that it remains optional, unless of course you burden your waiter with a demanding, multiple person group & a plethora of orders. Not to mention, some people simply do not have the budget to generously tip for every bite sized meal they consume.
To not waste anyone's time - I cannot fathom why I was pressured into leaving a tip for a remarkably short & basic service. The male waiter appeared to take me not leaving one personally, which then led to quite the uncomfortable exchange between us, & this dispute would have dragged on unless my partner stepped in & left one. Needless to say I left the restaurant extremely uneasy.
I understand that some may disagree with me. However, I found it extremely unnecessary & rather rude, especially over an order this small. To those seeking out to visit this rather cozy place, I suggest equipping yourself with an extra couple of dollars not to agitate the lovely mate the way I did.
Amazing! the staff here are so welcoming & nice! We talked with Lily & Tina & they were awesome! Only downside was when we got to pay, another staff member asked up front for tips as I clicked skip on the machine because I wanted to tip cash :
La nourriture de Fuchun était vraiment bonne, les xiao long bao étaient juteux & remplies de saveurs & ingrédients riches. Mon xiao long bao préféré était lui au porc sucré. Lui au crab était aussi vraiment riche en saveur, car le crab & le jus complémente vraiment bien le porc. Les nouilles était vraiment bonnes, elles avait vraiment la saveur traditionnelle de Shanghai. Les prix étaient aussi abordables, j'ai réussi à être très plein avec seulement 30$. Le service di restaurent était absolument magnifique, les plats sont arrivé vite & je recommande vraiment ce restaurent chinois.
I came to this place with my friends for lunch. We ordered various plates like the sweet pork dumpling & crab dumpling & they were all absolutely delicious! We loved it & would definetely come back here soon! The staff was super friendly & the prices were reasonable! Thank you for this amazing experience Fuchun
This cute cozy restaurant was the perfect place for a nice winter dinner. The dumplings were soooo insanely delicious & cheap. The service was super quick & it was just lovely experience.

I went to Shanghai Fu Chun on Saturday & had two baskets of pork soup dumplings with a friend.
Both of us experienced stomach pain & diarrhea the same day after eating, & the symptoms have continued for three days & still haven't fully resolved.It was a very unpleasant experience. I hope the restaurant will seriously review its food hygiene & ingredient quality.

Samedi, je suis allée manger chez Shanghai Fu Chun avec une amie & nous avons commandé deux paniers de xiaolongbao au porc.
Le jour même après le repas, nous avons toutes les deux eu des douleurs abdominales & de la diarrhée, & cela dure depuis trois jours sans amélioration complète.L'expérience a été très décevante. J'espère sincèrement que le restaurant prendra au sérieux les questions d'hygiène & de qualité des aliments.
My friend & I ordered the noodles & they tasted amazing! Steamy, incredible flavours, & good texture. The staff is super sweet & food came really fast :)
The decor was fantastic, the service was quick & the server was very careful! The meal was better than what I expected , I will definitely go back here , I recommend it 100%!
Delicious vegan veg & mushroom wonton soup. The broth was subtle & soothing. The dumplings were perfection. A lovely find today! Thank you!
The cold chicken had a raw piece. You could see the blood. The waitress brought it back to us saying they could not make anymore… sorry! The cook should have made us something else but sent the plate back to the table. We did not eat it & to top it off we were charged for it. The only reason I gave a 2 star is because the waitress was very sweet & understanding & she brought us 3 sodas for free. However the chicken plate should not have been charged.
I love the food it was incredibly good. I usually don't like chinese food but this restaurant changes my perspective of it. I recommend this.
It was so good👏, the matcha is delicious🥹🫰 & the vibe is nice & calm😌. I recommend trying the sweet pork xiao long bao it is a 100/10😍
