Nice spot & good value. I would recommend the pork dumplings with the peanut sauce.View more
it's giving authentic dumpling spot. hole in the wall serving cheap & delicious dumplings. we got takeout in a sunday night - 6 pork & 6 vegetable shiitake. so so good & hit the spot. the staff is super friendly & the aesthetic is on brand. i would go back & try many more of their dishes. great for a casual dinner or a dinner with a bunch of friends.View more
The food was amazing, highly recommend the noodles, the juicy pork soup dumplings were amazing too. The servers were kind & welcoming. Great ambience, perfect for sharing food with people you like!View more
Unassuming place on Maisonneuve street, close to Concordia metro. Thanks Fu Chun for the instagram contest & for the 50$, which enabled me to try different delicious dishes like the classic pork dumpling, fried pork & shrimp dumpling, wonton & the shanghai noodles. The dumplings & wontons were filled with alot of meat, takes 2-3 bites to eat!View more
My brother & I were VERY disappointed given the reviews! I guess quality went down.
Hairy crab & pork soup dumplings: not much broth or crab, & the skin kept breaking...
Veggie & mushroom soup dumplings: these were NOT soup dumplings even though advertised as such
Chili & peanut sauce chicken: many reviewers spoke highly of this, but it was so oily with nothing to cut the grease, & barely spicy.View more
Food is really good but service is really poor. I rarely write negative reviews but this was some of the worst service ive experienced. Got handed a bottle of water upon seating with no glasses, waiter took forever to take my order, & when the food came i had to grab plates, spoons, cups & napkins from another table myself. There was only 1 other table occupied. The thing that dumbfounded me was they were literally replacing the cutlery & dishware for other tables after being seated but chose to ignore mine for some reason. The soup dumplings are good, particularly the crab & pork one but the top pleats is a bit doughy. Filling to soup ratio is perfect. Too bad the service left a poor impression.View more
I had the juicy pork & pork & shrimp soup dumplings. They were delicious & well portioned. The cucumber salad was also nice, but I would have preferred it to be marinated longer to soak up the flavor. Service was quick, & we were not rushed during our meal. The prices were good, making this an excellent place to grab lunch. We will be back.View more
Passed by today for a late lunch. I tried the pork wonton soup & the Shanghai style soy sauce noodle. Both were incredible. Definitely coming back to try other things.View more
A nice restaurant with some traditional shanghai style dishes. The soup dumplings & the pan fried dumplings are pretty good. But the deep fried pork chops & the spring roll are very inconsistent. Sometimes the pork is juicy & fresh, sometimes is like eating deep fried sponge. Wish the owner can keep the consistency & not over freeze their pork.View more
The duck was very tasty. However it was cold, which at first was kind of weird. I think they should warn people about this. We also tried the sweet pork dumplings. They were tasty, but a little bit sweet for me. The place is very nice, well decorated. Feels very immersive into the Chinese culture. Would come back to try new things.View more
Delicious food! We got the beef & onion, Sweet pork, & pork shrimp dumplings. We loved the beef onion dumplings the best & loved the spicy peanut noodles as well. The steamed chicken in spicy oil was such a delight. I would come back here.View more

The dumplings are amazing & tasty! I definitely recommend the soup dumpling with pork & hairy crab 😋. It's quite busy as their food is delicious so be a bit patient I will come back 🫶🏻View more
Pork Xiao long bao is delicious & the skin isn't too thick. The noodles thickness is perfect, & flavour-wise captured Asian taste well! Great job!View more
Absolutely loved it Came here with a small group of 7 friends. Got served immediatly, so fast that I didn't even realize we were already assigned a seat. Server was very patient with us, very kind & fast. We got a bunch of soup dumplings, pork, sweet pork (Absolutely amazing), beef, unknown flavor but it was in a soup, & the broth was delicious. Also the whole time they played a Cowboys Fringant album, which doesn't fit the atmosphere of an asian food restaurant, but I loved it, Cowboys Fringants is a great Québécois band that I love with all my heart. I don't even have pictures of the food since we just inhaled everything. Also first time I've ever had cucumber salad, & I love it! I love everything!! I am 100% coming back. :)View more
The spicy pork noodles are good & the peanut wonton is delicious.View more
Spicy pork was alright, Shanghai wontons were tasty. Tea egg was definitely better than a regular egg but could have definitely been de-shelled prior to serving.View more
Very cute homey restaurant with Shanghainese cuisine. Soup dumplings: we took the classic pork & the pork/shrimp. They were both very good. The only sauce that was provided was a type of vinegar with ginger & soy sauce on the table. Maybe it's the traditional Shanghai dipping sauce. It would have been nice to have chili or something, maybe I should've asked. Spicy steamed chicken with chili sauce: the best dish that I've tried there. The chicken was juicy & was drowned in a tahini oily sauce. It was delicous, but I would've appreciated it more if it was more spicy. Spicy cucumber: basically cucumber pieces with tahibi & maybe soy sauce? There were chili flakes visible but it was not spicy at all. It was good, but I expected more for spiciness. Shanghai style noodles: looked delicous, it was perfectly cooked noodles that tasted like nothing. It is soy sauce based & we chose to not add the tahini sauce. It was extremely bland. We had to add more soy sauce. Spicy fried pork noodles: the pork did not look like the one on the picture, it was definitely not spicy & although it looked fancier than the shanghai noodles, it tasted exactly the same, which is absolutely nothing. The noodle dishes were very disappointing. The spice level here is zero because all the spicy dish did not taste spicy at all. The only thing worth it here are the dumplings, very good & for a good price as well. The sauce provided grew on us after we added soy sauceView more
My new favourite soup dumplings in Montreal. A friend from China said that this is the most authentic Chinese food in Montreal. The pork Xiao long bao was amazing. I preferred it to the shrimp & pork. Small-ish restaurant but we got a seat on a Tuesday night. Slow-ish service, but very nice. $32 (including tax & tip) for 18 dumplings, which was enough for 2 of usView more
Small cute shop - much more quiet & nice to eat in than the chaos at Sami Soup Dumplings. Service was attentive & speedy. That being said, half of our xiaolongbaos ripped when we tried to take them out of the steamer. The sweet pork was...interesting, gave off very syrupy sweet flavours instead of the mild porky sweetness I was expecting. The Shanghai spicy pork was not particularly spicy. Chili chicken was delicious & had a nice kick to it, but not recommended to people who can't handle bone-in chicken.View more
I ordered SPICY pork noodles & I expected the chili from the seasoning but all I got was the soy sauce pork like they forgot to put chili in it, I should have order the crispy pork instead. The xiao long bao were delicious & juicy!View more
