I recently had the pleasure of dining at Shandar Cuisine in Montreal, & I can confidently say it's one of the best culinary experiences I've had in the city. From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was warm & inviting, with a perfect blend of modern & traditional decor. The staff were attentive, friendly, & knowledgeable about the menu, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The food at Shandar is absolutely exceptional. Each dish was bursting with flavor & beautifully presented. The spices were perfectly balanced, & you could tell that only the freshest ingredients were used. I highly recommend trying their kebabs, which were tender & cooked to perfection. The chicken pakora were also standout starters - savory, flavorful, & rich in texture. What truly sets Shandar apart is its dedication to quality & authenticity. It's clear that the chef is passionate about his craft, & that dedication shines through in every bite. Whether you're a fan of Indian/Pakistani cuisine or just looking for a unique dining experience, Shandar Cuisine is a must-visit. I can't wait to return & try more of their incredible dishes. Truly Shandaar food. Fresh, amazing karai that you can't get anywhere else in the area. Soft & delicious naan. The owner & chef Atif is genuine & welcoming. Plentiful seating which makes this place amazing for large groups, & even small events/receptions. I brought one side of my family for a large get together & I'll be bringing the other side soon.
