I tried three of their signature bowls-one with chicken, one with kebab, & one with fish-& each one was a hit! The proteins were all fresh, well-seasoned, & cooked just right. What makes these bowls even better is the wide variety of fresh, crunchy vegetables & the amazing sauces that pull everything together with bold, flavorful kicks.
You can choose from rice, brown rice, or quinoa as your base, which is great if you're watching your diet or just looking for healthier options. Whether you're after something hearty or something clean & light, there's a combo for everyone.

Ton Bol Ton Kiff est un excellent restaurant, leurs bowls sont de bonne qualité & quantité! Les ingrédients sont frais & fait maison! Service impeccable, options végétariennes, vegans & la viande est halal! J'ai essayé leur bowl kebab, quelle regale !! Un gros plus sur la limonade & les desserts maison (mousse 3 chocolats & baklavas)! Khal, the owner of the restaurant is one if the sweetest person ever & the staff are so professional & friendly.
Ton Bol Ton Kiff Has vegan & vegetarian options. I tried the vegan fish which was delicious. The food is halal which is a plus plus.

This hidden gem restaurant in montreal is my favourite! 🌯 Hands down the best falafel in town - crispy outside, fluffy inside, packed with flavour. The owner is the sweetest, hardworking soul who puts so much love into the place. Tons of vegetarian, vegan, & halal options - perfect for everyone. Ton Bol Ton Kiff m'a fait redécouvrir le plaisir de la viande ! Le kebab & le poulet grillé que j'ai goûtés étaient tout simplement incroyables. If you've been here before, its time to revisit! They've refreshed their menu to now include meat options (recommend the chicken) & theyve now brought a healthy on the go (bowl style) alternative in Little Italy!
If you are a lover of Poulet Rouge, get ready because this their bowl is insanely tasty, generous sizing at a super fair price!
