Rolls are to die for. Absolutely amazing. But tell me why the butter chicken is made with the basil tomatoe sauce from maxi & the chicken skewers from club entrepot........ this is a restaurant, not your personal kitchen. Have standards for yourselves! Hopeful they change back the recipe because the butter chicken was awful

Love love love this place! We rarely go to the west island but when we do, I always try to squeeze in some time to pick up food from Shahi.
Call ahead to order food for pick up & expect at least 30 min for the order. You won't be disappointed. Their butter chicken is to die for (love the shrooms in the sauce for extra flavour). & the prices are VERY reasonable, which makes this place ever the more appealing :)
*** Aubergine & palik paneer are also our favourites here

Been going to this place for 14 years, but we moved away so it had been a while. Went back tonight, & it's still spectacular. The eggplant, haleem, chickpeas, Balti chicken... we've tried dozens of place in the city, & don't get me wrong, we're spoiled for great food in Montreal, yet to this day we've not found better eggplant.

This has been an all time favourite restaurant of mine since we were kids. Their chicken roll is the absolute BEST. Unbeatable. I am forever craving it!

First time in about 7-8 years that I come here. They renovated a bit & the service has improved. Let's talk about those sandwich rolls. Priced at just $6, they're a Godsend in a time when restaurant pricing seems to be absurdly high. These rolls never disappoint, I took 1 chicken & 1 kebab, the meat was fresh & juicy, & left my mouth slightly burning from those chili peppers.

Have been ordering chicken rolls for years here. Cannot beat the price & the taste. So good. Love that they put actual hot peppers in the roll instead of drier spices or sauces. I love me some spicy food. Samosas are very good as well.
